Ritual -between visual Art and Theatrical drama

The diploma thesis deals with ritual as a link between the artistic and theatrical worlds. The theoretical part explores the broad field of rituals, which serves as a starting point for the pedagogical task. In the didactic part, the emphasis is on viewing art from the perspective of the theory of the "Gesamtkunstwerk", whereby pupils can be introduced to other topics in culture, art and history through art activities. Based on research into the field of ritual, the opera Rosenkavalier was selected as a suitable topic for didactic transformation. It is not only possible to focus on the issue of rituals, but also to explore the Baroque and Rococo periods, the reign of Maria Theresa, or to go into the field of literature through the work of Hugo von Hofmannsthal, the author of the libretto, by learning about opera as a dramatic and musical theatre form and the work of Richard Strauss, the author of the music for this opera. Increasing Performance of Honda 1.6 Engine

The aim of this thesis is the description and performance of four-stroke internal combustion engine, an analysis of the options and finding the most effective treatment for a given engine type. In the next section the author deals with computational design turbochargers, chosen for the turbocharged engine modification. Next chapter of work is a design calculation for the choice of the turbocharger, is then constructed a mathematical model of a given engine in the Lotus Engine Simulation software and final results are presented.
Employee Motivation and Attitudes in a Sport Organization

Bachelor‘s thesis deals with an issue of employee motivation and attitudes to work in a sport organization. It specifies basic terms and theories connected with the motivation process. For the purpose of the thesis three sport organizations are chosen where a questionnaire survey is conducted. Based on the data obtained the analysis of performance motives and attitudes to work is performed, followed by the design of appropriate motivational strategies for leaders of the organizations.

Beadwork is a work that touches on topics such as sexual harassment, rape, abortion, domestic violence, partnerships and family relationships, in general all taboo topics in the family and society, death topics, various hidden traumas in the family and in partnership. Through simple manual work and in the marked space for sharing, the possibility of relaxation opens up. “ To be heard. Just as beads are threaded on a thread, I collect human stories that become part of one (self) therapeutic act. This completes the performance gesture by threading beads in public space, bringing powerful themes from collected stories to light. Transcending myself – myself as an individual, touching everyone who allows themselves to be touched. “
A Company Performance Evaluation Using the EFQM Excellence Model

The master´s thesis is focused on the performance evaluation for the MIKROP ČEBÍN a.s. company using the EFQM Excellence Model. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the definition of performance and the ways in which it can be measured and evaluated. The current situation of the company is characterized in the analytical part. The evaluation is performed according to the START Model questionnaire, which is derived from the EFQM Model of Excellence. The final part contains measures leading to increase the company's performance.

This master`s thesis deals with the performance measurement of Stredoslovenská energetika, a.s. The first section explains what performance is and describes the theoretical basis, which relates with the methods of measurement and analysis of the company’s current state. In the following part there is the profile of the company with its current situation. The evaluation of the performance SSE, a.s. is measured by START PLUS model. This model identifies the strengths and the areas which need improvement and offers suggestions for improving the company’s performance.
Cross-platform performance testing of open source PBX FreeSWITCH

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the open source private branch exchange FreeSWITCH. The thesis describes the process of installation and consecutive configuration of the telephone system on various distributions of platforms Windows and Linux. Emphasis is placed on comparison of the performance between these systems and also the quality of calls as well as transcoding functionality. Specifically, the performance of the telephone system is tested while using the SIP protocol. Thesis also contains an introduction into the subject and a brief description of the FreeSWITCH architecture and its functions and capabilities.

The master thesis is focused on the performance evalution of company Centropen, a. s. The first part of the thesis contains definitions of performance and individual methods of business performance measurement. The practical part introduces the analyzed company and describes its current situation. Subsequently, the evaluation of the performance of the selected company is done using the START Model questionnaire, which is based on the EFQM Excellence Model. Suggestions and recommendations for improving the current situation are presented in the final part.
