The aim of this work is to develop a business plan, which is engaged in sale of new wine grape varieties, called "Marlen". The theoretical part is in the field of business plans and the manner of treatment with a focus on the issue. The practical part includes specific measures and tools for a successful business plan, which is to establish sales of new wine into sales.

The thesis deals with the proposal of a business plan for the establishment of a company engaged in production and sale of confectionery products in the Rožnov region. To enter this relatively small but highly competitive market, a differentiation path is chosen, in particular by selling traditional and fair desserts in a home-based thematic patisserie. Another planned distribution route is the sale of coffee and selected products from a mobile stand in front of the fourth most visited museum in the Czech Republic. For the compilation of the business plan, information and data from books and online resources are used as well as data from the analysis of the company's external and internal environment. The business plan proposal itself includes a description of the company's concepts and plans, including the prediction of the financial situation of the future business.

That means specific methods used for creating a situational analysis and detailed analysis of fundamental parts of the market mix – called 4P ( product, price, place, promotion) - for the right selection of a marketing strategy when implementing a new product line. The second part is more practical and it characterises a company mentioned above, and also suggested working hypothesis.
