The results of research could stimulate interest in this type of housing and contribute to the enrichment of Czech housing scene of a synthetic form, which will form the connecting link between the typological family house and an apartment building. Thesis, following the studio project subject AG32 is a development study of this subject to the level of documentation for building permits and documentation for the execution of the project. The subject matter is the subject of a residential building with a business on the ground floor. The building is situated in the city of Brno Židenice place in a corner vacant lot a block of houses and apartment buildings. In the immediate vicinity of the proposed building is an industrial zone and a very busy road move, which follows the D1 motorway. It is these negative influences around a significant lack of greenery formed the basis of my main idea of the concept and overall construction. The aim of my work was to create a design that respects the unwritten regulation in their surroundings and also excels in terms of processing. Designed building offers a lucrative living with a piece of nature inside the house and helps to increase the attractiveness of this district. The associated functions of the apartment building I chose the pediatrician's office. In terms of architectural design respects the existing street line, the height level and simple vocabulary surroundings. Artistic intention was to achieve a minimalist design using the system facing glass-fiber-concrete boards Polycon. One component of this material is a photocatalytic cement TioCem technology TX Active. This component is referred to as "active" building material via photocatalysis decomposes harmful substances in the air and contributes to the quality of air in your neighborhood. The proposal is also an emphasis on economic built-up areas, rational available both in use and in terms of construction and maximum illumination of the interior.

Sedláčková, Jana ; Malečková, Kateřina (referee) ; Dulenčín, Juraj (advisor) ; Brzoň, Roman (advisor)
The goal of the bachelor's thesis is to design housing that will meet the requirements of modern urban housing and will draw the benefits of suburban housing in the outskirts at the same time. The design was based on the author's previous work in the architectural design studio, which focused mainly on the analytical and design part, with the conclusion of an architectural study. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the creation of design documentation of Housing in the outskirts of the city. The documentation for a building permission and the documentation for production design were simplified for the purposes of the bachelor's thesis. The aim of the work is to create a proposal and prove its feasibility in accordance with Czech laws and standards. The proposal shows the possibility of contemporary living, which uses the advantages of community living (common areas such as garage, cellar, utility room; lower energy consumption) and also excels in the possibilities of individual living, which is characterized by a separate entrance and a separate garden or terrace. The design combines both types of housing, which are typically named buildings such as apartment building and family house. However, the proposal goes beyond these titles and seeks its definition in words such as villahouse.

Koudelková, Ilona ; Erben, Adam (referee) ; Pavlovský, Tomáš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is a continuation of the project developed in the course AG032 Architectural Design Studio. The subject of the thesis is the design of a nursing home in Brno, Řečkovice. The area is located near Tereza Nováková Street. Surrounding buildings consist mainly of prefabricated and family houses, the land is adjacent to a kindergarten. The proposal is connected to the construction of apartment buildings with a library and a community hall, which is planned right next to Tereza Nováková Street. The current site is currently unused and densely overgrown with vegetation. The terrain slopes gently towards the south-west. The proposed building consists of five floors aboveground and one underground floor. The ground floor of the building houses a medical facility for the residents of the building as well as for the public. The nursing service has its own facilities in the building. Residents are provided with hairdressing services and pedicure. In the living areas, there are communal areas for the residents. In total, there are 19 residential units in the building, there are designed 1+KK, 2+KK and there are also apartments for the disabled. On the roof there is a residence terrace, the remaining roof areas are designed as green. There is a private garden adjacent to the building for recreation. The design emphasised the quality of life of the inhabitants of the house, while at the same time supporting their social contacts so that they would not feel isolated even in their old age. The aim of the design was to introduce as much greenery as possible into the building in the form of flowerbeds on the balconies, which break up the austerity of the façade, and a flowerbed cornice above the first floor, which the design seeks to add greenery to the urban environment of the estate.

Zastavovací systémy townhousů v evropském kontextu
Petrus, Erik
The aim of this report is to offer a comprehensive picture of townhouse development plans in the European context, using the examples of Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom. A townhouse is a type of higher urban family house with multiple living rooms, usually with three or more floors. The height significantly exceeds the width of the house. Due to common building structures and technical and spatial solutions, such as shared parking, waste management, etc., it is more of a hybrid typology. That is, a combination of individual housing and an apartment building. From an urban point of view, townhouses are a type of urban housing, especially as an example of low-rise buildings with high residential density with a strong link to public space. An overall evaluation of foreign examples of development plans will demonstrate how current townhouses are implemented in the urban structure. This is in terms of character of development, open space and transportation.
