Bakalářská práce navazuje na projekt vypracovaný v rámci předmětu AG032 Ateliér architektonické tvorby. Předmětem práce je návrh domu s pečovatelskou službou v Brně v Řečkovicích. Řešené území se nachází nedaleko ulice Terezy Novákové. Okolní zástavba je tvořena převážně panelovými a rodinnými domy, pozemek sousedí s mateřskou školou. Návrh navazuje na výstavbu bytových domů s knihovnou a společenským sálem, která je plánována přímo u ulice Terezy Novákové. Současný pozemek je v současnosti nevyužívaný a hustě zarostlý náletovou zelení. Terén se mírně svažuje směrem k jihozápadu. Navrhovaný objekt je tvořen pěti nadzemními a jedním podzemním podlažím. V parteru objektu je umístěno zdravotnické zařízení určené nejen pro obyvatele domu, ale také pro veřejnost. Pečovatelská služba má v objektu vlastní zázemí. Obyvatelům jsou poskytovány kadeřnické služby a pedikúra. V obytných částech jsou pro obyvatele zřízeny společenské prostory. Celkem se v objektu nachází 19 bytových jednotek, navrženy jsou byty 1+KK, 2+KK a součástí jsou i byty pro imobilní. Na střeše je zřízena pobytová terasa, zbylé střešní plochy jsou navrženy jako zelené. K objektu přiléhá soukromá zahrada pro rekreaci. Při návrhu byl kladen důraz na kvalitu života obyvatel domu a zároveň na podporu jejich sociálních kontaktů, aby se ani v pokročilém věku necítili izolovaní. Cílem návrhu bylo do objektu vnést co největší množství zeleně v podobě květníků na balkonech, jež rozbíjí strohost fasády, a květníkové římsy nad 1.NP, kterou se návrh snaží doplnit zeleň do prostředí městského sídliště. The bachelor thesis is a continuation of the project developed in the course AG032 Architectural Design Studio. The subject of the thesis is the design of a nursing home in Brno, Řečkovice. The area is located near Tereza Nováková Street. Surrounding buildings consist mainly of prefabricated and family houses, the land is adjacent to a kindergarten. The proposal is connected to the construction of apartment buildings with a library and a community hall, which is planned right next to Tereza Nováková Street. The current site is currently unused and densely overgrown with vegetation. The terrain slopes gently towards the south-west. The proposed building consists of five floors aboveground and one underground floor. The ground floor of the building houses a medical facility for the residents of the building as well as for the public. The nursing service has its own facilities in the building. Residents are provided with hairdressing services and pedicure. In the living areas, there are communal areas for the residents. In total, there are 19 residential units in the building, there are designed 1+KK, 2+KK and there are also apartments for the disabled. On the roof there is a residence terrace, the remaining roof areas are designed as green. There is a private garden adjacent to the building for recreation. The design emphasised the quality of life of the inhabitants of the house, while at the same time supporting their social contacts so that they would not feel isolated even in their old age. The aim of the design was to introduce as much greenery as possible into the building in the form of flowerbeds on the balconies, which break up the austerity of the façade, and a flowerbed cornice above the first floor, which the design seeks to add greenery to the urban environment of the estate.
