This bachelor thesis is dealing with a solution of motivation system and remuneration of employees in the company of “SPRESO, s.r. o.”. The theoretical part of my thesis is focused on following terms: motivation, stimulation and remuneration of employees. In a practical part of my bachelor thesis based on the analysis of current situation and results of questionnaire about satisfaction of employees I will define defections and suggest the optimal solution, which will lead to better satisfaction of employees and higher working motivation as well.

A few concrete activities have been chosen which first analyzed, then set and applied to the evaluation system. The aim is to see how efficient the use of corporate resources for training staff, and their evaluation is. The process has set the evaluation of the effectiveness of specific training activity.

This thesis deals with the corporate culture, whose successful operation is the basis for finding a customer. The theoretical part summarizes the concepts that outline how important corporate culture is for successful business. Findings from the theoretical part are subsequently used in the other part of the work. The analytical part includes analysis and questionaire research whose task is to detect problems and deficiencies. The last part of the paper contains proposals to improve the current situation.

Legal and Taxations Aspects of the Job Creation in the Enterprise - Comparison of the Czech Republic and England

The key purpose of this Bachelor’s thesis is to analyze current situation which is connected with legal and some taxations aspects of job creation in the enterprise in the context of Czech and English legal environment. A notion of „job creation“ is limited only to recruitment, selection and taking up of employees with contract of employment. Moreover there are some partial aims that are followed. The first partial aim is an identification of some problems that are connected with following the legal rules, which can be met by the management during job creation in both countries. The second partial aim is, according to author’s opinion, to present suggestions, how the problems should be solved by the management of the enterprise. The part of this aim is an evaluation of advantages and disadvantages of suggestions presented. The third partial aim is to compare taxation charge of the employment income in the Czech Republic and in England. The result of that should be a determination of the taxation environment that is more optimal for tax deduction from employment income. The aims and purpose of this thesis is worked out on the background of theoretic foundations, that are important for understanding of the wider context of the thesis issue. The theoretic foundations are a conception and a signification of human resources; basic theoretic connections of employment law in the context of Czech and English legal code; and remuneration as a factor of tax costs for human resources in the enterprise. The core points of this thesis, by which the aims were fulfilled whether fully or partly, are summarized in the conclusion. There are mentioned also some problems, that arose during the work on this thesis, and their impact on the fulfillment of the aims.
Concept for Motivational System Change in a Company

The goal of this diploma thesis is design of the concept for motivational system change in the company GB-geodezie, spol. s r.o. A study of the theoretical background in human resources and motivation area was done at the beginning. Based on this study, the analysis of current situation in the company was made, including also statistical survey performed by the questionnaire. Consequently, designs of the changes in the motivation system are developed and analysis of these changes is also made and discussed.
Proposal of an Educational Programme for Employees in the Course of Implementation of Bar Codes at the UHS JAKOS Company

This thesis deals with proposal for an education program for employees of UHS JAKOS, a.s. which implemented a new information system 3 year ago and because of this they are planning to implement a bar codes. The analysis was realized by questionnaire survey between the employees who will work with the bar codes. The thesis is divided into 3 sections. The first section is theoretical and describes an education as process of change during implementing the bar codes. Next is analysis section which describes a current situation in the company by questionnaire. At the end it focuses on proposal of education program which will get easy the implementing of code bars.
