Apartment building, Trnava

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of an apartment building located on the outskirts of the city of Trnava, Slovakia. The building land is situated on the eastern side of the city, where several residential buildings are currently under construction or planned. It is a three-story, partially basement building with a vegetation roof and an entrance facing west. The primary shape is a prism with a indented section containing the staircase, elevator, and providing access to a communal terrace. The basement contains a technical room, laundry room, bicycle garage with a stroller storage area, and storage units. The building comprises twelve residential units of two categories: 3+kk (nine apartments) and 1+kk (three apartments), with four apartments on each above-ground floor. The apartments on the first floor have private front yards facing east, while all apartments on the second and third floor have suspended balconies. The common areas, starting from the entrance hall, including corridors leading to the individual apartments separated by swinging doors, a staircase space spanning to all floors, and an elevator servicing the ground floor, first floor, second floor, and third floor, without the machine room. The structural system of the building is two-way system, consisting of ceramic bricks in the above-ground floors and fromwork fittings in the basement. The external walls are insulated with an external thermal insulation composite system ETICS. The horizontal structures consist of prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. The apartment building is founded on simple concrete strip foundations. The majority of the building is covered with a flat vegetation roof that can be accessed, while the area above the staircase features an inaccessible flat roof with rounded gravel ballast.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design and processing of the design documentation for the construction of a new double generation family house, which is located in the cadastral unit of the village of Hartvíkovice on plot no 3478/15. The house is divided into two dwelling units (A, B). The flat A for a four-member family (parents with children) and the flat B for a two-member family (grandparents). The object is designed as a double floor and partly basement. The house is roofed with two mono-pitched roofs that are connected in the ridge and a flat roof with a vegetation. Construction system wall, brick from brick´s blocks, basement is from permanent formwork. The bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for construction.
Apartment building

The subject matter of this bachelor thesis is a project documentation for an apartment building’s construction in locality of Sadova, Mensikova street in Brno. The building has a basement with 13 parking spaces, a cellar and an utility room. There are four floors with 13 residential units above the basement. Part of the roof of a garage is made as a vegetation and second part is made as a terrace for flats. Main roof of the building is designed as a flat roof with a classic order of layers. The object is designed as monolithical. Garage is solved using columns and gutters, te residential part is solved with monolithic walls. Monolithic reinforced concrete slabs serve as a ceiling. The facade of the building is solved in the ETICS system, in some places, a ventilated facade with PREFA cladding is used.
Kindergarten Beruška

This diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of the Beruška Kindergarten in Uherský Brod. The building is designed as a partial basement with two floors, the second floor is made only above part of the building. There are two classes on the first floor, each class has facilities for employees. Furthermore, we find food preparation with warehouses, facilities for employees and a director's office. On the second floor there is a classroom for preschoolers and a classroom for language teaching, including a cabinet. The building is designed as a brick of brick blocks covered with a flat roof.

The intention of this bachelor thesis is a project documentation of a family house with a business premises, in this case we are talking about office. Building is situated in the middle of bohemia region in Caslav. It is a two floors new building with a terrace, designed for a family of four. The house is plastered with a light green tint. The windows and doors are plastic with imitation of wood. Vertical constructions are made of polished ceramic bricks which are based on concrete strip footings. Horizontal structures are constructed from ceiling panels Miako made by POROTHERM company. Roofing of the main section is solved by mono-pitched wooden trusses. The roof cladding consists of concrete tiles BRAMAC MAX 7 °. Flat, walkable and vegetation roofs are designed above the adjacent parts.
Apartment Building

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Litomyšl. The apartment building is located in the northwestern part of Litomyšl, in an area designated for mass housing. It is a detached three-storey house that has no basement. There are 6 residential units and each apartment unit has its own garage. On the northwest side there are 12 parking spaces. The vertical construction system is made of ceramic blocks. The building is insulated by a contact insulation system ETICS made of mineral wool. Horizontal structures are made of ceiling panels filigran SPF 6 thickness of 250 mm. The balcony slabs are made of a monolithic slab with a thickness of 150 mm brought out by ISO – beams. Movement between the individual floors is ensured in the building by means of a monolithic reinforced concrete staircase and an elevator. The walls around the elevator shaft are made of lost formwork. Due to unfavorable foundation conditions, the building is based on a reinforced concrete foundation slab, which is made under the entire ground plan of the building. Above this plate there is a free space called "crawl space". Above that space there is a reinforced concrete slab, which forms the supporting layer of the floor on the ground floor. The roof of the apartment building is single-walled, vegetative. The design itself is carried out according to the permissible regulations in this locality. Part of the bachelor thesis is the management of the technical equipment of the buildings of the distribution in the building and the assessment of building physics (thermal technology, acoustics and lighting). Chalet

The aim of this thesis is to design a mountain chalet. Chalet is intended for recreation and accommodation for 23 persons and is designed to gently sloping land in the village of Horní Bečva. The building has two floors without a basement. The main entrance to the building is from the southern side entrance for staff is on the eastern side and the other side entrance to the building is from the north. Part of the building for accommodation is situated on the 2nd floor. Perimeter and interior bearing walls are designed from brick blocks Porotherm in 2.NP then the inner walls of plasterboard. The construction of a roof over the main part of the building is made up of wooden roof purlin system, a roof over your wellness zone is flat vegetation, and the roof over the vestibule is flat with classical music. The main part of the building is covered with a gable roof with a slope of 35 degrees inclinations flat roof over the vestibule wellness zone and 3%.
Fire station in Pacov

This Diploma thesis is a project documentation of a fire station building. It is about a spacious building that contains space and equipment needed for working of the fire station of professional and voluntary firefighters. The construction is situated at the edge of the town Pacov in Vysočina region. Downstairs there are placed garages for firefighters ‘vehicles, technical areas and a changing room. Upstairs there are offices, a gym, and rooms for firefighters. The building has a rectangular floor plan with a flat vegetation roof. The building is made of calcareous sandstone blocks with contact insulation.
