The second part is devoted to marketing analysis. In the practical part, the actual business plan is created.

This bachelor thesis deals with the business plan for the establishing of the Armenian restaurant in the centre of Brno. Individual requirements and aims are defined in the work. The plan should work as a manual to someone who would like to establish the efficient business. In the theoretical part the most important pieces of knowledge and starting points necessary for the compilation of the business plan are summarized. In the analytical part the marketing analyses to understand the market better are accomplished. The practical part includes the detailed calculations which may help to estimate the development of the business in future.

This Bachelor´s Thesis analyzes established fitness centre. The aim of this is create a draft business plan. The bachelor´s thesis is articulated into three wired parts – theoretical, analytical and the concept. The basic notions and terms are defined in the theoretical part. Strategic analysis – examines microeconomic and macroeconomic relations, i.e. the overall situation and market preconditions is define in the analytical part. The concept includes the business plan itself, i.e. the description of the company, vision, business, marketing and organisational plans and the financial aspects of the business plan.

This Bachelor‘s thesis deals with an entrepreneurial intention of business development processing. The first part is focused on a theoretical introduction, basic terms, information and methods. The second part deals with a current situation of company, an analysis of the current situation and also with assessment of company’s financial health. The last part consists of project feasibility assessment and my own suggestions to improve company‘s financial position by using the new business plan.
