V této bakalářské práci je zpracován podnikatelský plán pro založení arménské restaurace v centru Brna. Jsou v něm definované jednotlivé jeho náležitosti a cíle, pro které je vypracován tak, aby posloužil jako návod, jak založit efektivní podnik. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty nejdůležitější poznatky a východiska, potřebná pro sestavení podnikatelského plánu. V analytické části jsou provedeny marketingové analýzy pro lepší pochopení trhu. Praktická část obsahuje podrobné propočty, které pomohou odhadnout vývoj podniku v budoucích letech. This bachelor thesis deals with the business plan for the establishing of the Armenian restaurant in the centre of Brno. Individual requirements and aims are defined in the work. The plan should work as a manual to someone who would like to establish the efficient business. In the theoretical part the most important pieces of knowledge and starting points necessary for the compilation of the business plan are summarized. In the analytical part the marketing analyses to understand the market better are accomplished. The practical part includes the detailed calculations which may help to estimate the development of the business in future.
