Subject matterś thesis is elaborate a project documentation for structural permission for a multi-functional building. Object is situated on the outskirts of town Nasavrky. The terrain is slightly sloping to northeast. Around the land was made a geological survey. The basisc are made from contrete strips. The grand plan of the house consists from one rectangle. The house is made by a brick technology of a ceramic blocks. The external walls are insulated by contact insulating system. The building is roofed with single-layer flat roof.
Apartment house Novosedly

The proposed building is thus a apartment building with garages, which will be located in the village of Novosedly, in South Moravia, on two plots no. 5420/83 and 5420/84. The terrain on which the object is in a slight slope. The building of the block of flats is made of brick blocks, for the above-ground part and in the underground part it is lined with lost formwork. The roof structure of the building is arched from wooden beams.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is a project of a new detached house with dentist office. The project is created in form of project documentation including all problems and related issues. The building is situated in Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The building is partly basement with two above-ground floors and it is built from brick system POROTHERM with contact insulation. The construction has two forms of roofs – gable roof and two single-lower flat roofs. Concerning house-building plot, terrain slopes down to northwest side. This project is primarily focused on functional, disposal and architectural aspects of detached house.
Analyzes Real Estate Market in the Area

This bachelor´s thesis analysis the market price of real estate. First it defines the basic terms from market of real estates, performs the division of this market based on various standards and deals with the pricing maps of Olomouc city. The practical part is summarized in two parts. The first part is an analysis of the real estate market in Olomouc, then the analysis of apartments, houses and building plot in all city districts for selected standards related to the average price.

The theme of bachelor´s thesis is new-building family house with the surgery general practitioner. The residential area is divided for the two separate housing units. One of the apartments is duplex. The Surgery is wheelchair accessible. It has a separate entrance form the north side. The building is set in sloping terrain. It has three floors, it is partly basement and 3NP is solved in the attic. It is a brick building, which is the system POROTHERM with a combination of BTB fittings in the basement. Roofing is solved by a combination gabled and rack roof with a pitch 35° and 15°.
Semi-detached house, Lanskroun

The bachelor thesis is based on design of semi-atteched house on the street Slovenské in Lanškroun. Bulding plot is situated in new city quarter determined for family houses outside the city center. Shape of semi-atteched house is almost rectangle and it is made of two parts where each part is designed for family of four to five members. All living rooms are oriented to south that allows residents to enter the garden and the patio in first floor. Each part of house includes garage for one car.
Market value and cost price of real estate

This thesis is focusing on market value and cost price of a real estate. The difference between the above-mentioned market value and cost price in relation to a specific real estate is emphasized. To regard and evaluate this difference a database of real estates was needed to be established. Building plots in the region of Opava with a planned construction of a detached house were chosen to establish this database. In all cases, the cost price of the structure and the future market value of the building plot with a completed building of the detached house was known. Based on the database, the main impact of each characteristic of the structure and the building plot on the difference in market value and cost price of particular real estates is evaluated in the main part of this thesis. In it’s last part this thesis comes to the application of ascertained conclusions on the problematic of municipalities management with municipal real estates in the most economical effective way.
Mutěnice residential zone - Study

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a residential zone in the village of Mutěnice. The main goal was to divide the defined area so that the total area of the local road was minimized, but on the contrary maximized the area of building plots intended for the construction of family houses. Also, there was a need to solve static transport. A total of 3 variants were proposed and according to the multi-criteria evaluation, the most optimal variant was selected and it was elaborated in detail.
