Teaching assistant in a pre-school facility and a child with developmental dysphasia

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the work of teaching assistants in different kindergarten classes where a child with developmental dysphasia is enrolled. The theoretical part of the thesis will focus on two main topics, namely the teaching assistant and developmental dysphasia. Developmental dysphasia is a speech disorder that kind of impaired communication skills. In the first part, the thesis will focus on the teaching assistant, his job description, forms of cooperation and communication with other teachers. The second part will describe the issue of impaired communication ability and closer specifications to developmental dysphasia. Types of developmental dysphasia and the child with developmental dysphasia in preschool age. The research is a case study of three teaching assistants in different kindergarten classes attended by children with developmental dysphasia. The research is conducted through selected research methods, namely structured interview as well as non-participant observation. Change management in the context of digitization education in kindergarten

The diploma thesis is focused on the process of change management in the context of digitalization of education. The aim of the thesis is to identify the developmental needs of teachers in selected kindergartens in the field of digitalization of education and to describe opportunities in the process of change management in a selected kindergarten. The theoretical part defines the issue of digitalization of education, within which strategic and curricular documents related to the field of Czech pre-school education are analyzed, as well as pedagogical aspects of digitalization of education, including a subchapter focused on the education of children with special educational needs in this area. The second chapter discusses the identification of teachers' developmental needs. The last chapter forms the theoretical basis for the issue of change management, in addition to the well-known Kotter's model, Lewin's model and the ADKAR model are also mentioned. In the practical part, a mixed research design is used, with a questionnaire survey being carried out to identify the developmental needs of teachers in selected kindergartens in the Czech Republic. The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a building for a children‘s group. It is located in the perspective location of Házeňák, which is located near the center of Kopřivnice. It follows on from the assignment to design a set of buildings that will follow the function of student housing. When thinking about the cycle with the arrival of new students who can more easily settle in Kopřivnice and find or maintain a relationship with this city, it is related to the building of apartments, spaces for building businesses and increasing the capacity of kindergartens and nurseries. The study of spaces for the children‘s group reacts to the fragmented surrounding buildings and fits in with the height of the family houses. It gives the residents of Kopřivnice the opportunity to use other forms of pre-school education and fulfills one of the requirements of the strategic plan for increasing nursery capacity.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of teacher personality in the context of preschool education, with an emphasis on their professional qualification, competencies, and the prestige of the profession. The theoretical part of the thesis examines various aspects of the teaching profession, including the history of teaching, the feminization of the teaching profession, the role of the teacher in the context of change, and the time demands of teaching. It also addresses the definition of competence and the professional skills necessary for effective teaching. Furthermore, the thesis analyzes the issue of planning the educational process, including the creation of school and classroom educational programs. The practical part of the work focuses on the objectives of the research study, research questions, and the methodology used to obtain relevant data. Furthermore, the results of the research study, which was conducted through a questionnaire, are presented and discussed.
It's not theater like a theater

The aim of this thesis is to highlight the possibilities of drama education in preschool education with a focus on literary text and theatrical performance. In the theoretical part, the work focuses on theatre, theatre for children and theatre performed by children in a historical and contemporary context and highlights some methods of drama education suitable for working with literary text in kindergarten. In the practical part, the benefits for pre-school children are presented, described and evaluated on the basis of three theatre performances watched, and then work with dramatizing techniques is tested with children in kindergarten. In the discussion, the use of theatre and drama education methods based on theatre methods are compared.
The role and meaning of music education in the pre-primary education.

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of musicality development in kindergarten. The theoretical part deals with the curricular documents of preschool education, preschool education, all musical activities in kindergarten, then the musical development of the preschool child and the influence of the family environment on the musicality of children. The theoretical part also clarifies concepts such as musicality, musical skills and musical ability. The practical part contents screenings of children's skills applicated at the beginning and the end of my kindergarten engagement. This is followed by an evaluation of the screening and a comparison of the children's progress in musical and non-musical skills. The views and observations of the teachers from the particular class of children tested are included.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to present ideas for musical activities for kindergarten, which do not require the skill of playing an instrument on the part of the preschool teacher. The theoretical part contains the definition of the meaning of musical activities in kindergarten and their distribution - musical activities in accordance with the Framework Educational Program for preschool education and their methodical guidance in kindergarten. It also characterizes musical abilities of children in the preschool period according to their age. The practical part describes the implementation of musical activities in kindergarten and the evaluation of activities using the method of observation and interview.
