The first part of this bachelor thesis deals with theoretical information from the field of information systems and methods of their analysis. The second part is focused on the analysis of the company’s current state of their information system. The last part evaluates previous analyses of the information system and proposes solutions.

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to describe the development of a proposal for a constitutive part of an information system in the form of intranet intended for a support of processes in a particular company. In the first section of this paper, basic terms and theory (theories) will be introduced. Subsequently, the status quo in the company will be described. Finally, a proposal for the constitutive part of the information system will be submitted in order to improve its processes.

Relational and NoSQL database for collecting data from IoT devices

This bachelor work is focused on the analysis of the relational and NoSQL (Not only SQL) databases for collecting a huge amount of data from IoT (Internet of Things) device. Theoretical part contains an introduction to the problematic of the relational and NoSQL databases. The relational database describes fundamental principles, relational algebra, normal forms and so on. The non-relational database characterises the main properties and describes different types of typologies. It deals with the NoSQL documentation databases called Elasticsearch as well. Practical part contains a proposal and realization of the MySQL database, realization non-relational database Elasticsearch as well as JavaFx application for measurement of database parameters. Further contains results of the measurement of parameters and properties of databases.

Design and implementation of a modern web presentation

Bachelor thesis deals with the design and realization of modern web presentations for the BUT scientific group. The proposal deals with the analysis of available web presentations focusing on the solution of their advertising and the used technical means. On the basis of the acquired information, the work defines the parameters for the created web presentation. A thesis describes the technical implementation of the proposed parameters within the Nette framework. A thesis defines the implementation of two algorithms for automatic acquisition of external data.

Design of E-Learning Application for the Course English for IT

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo vytvořit program, který bude sloužit jako výukový doplněk pro kurz Angličtina pro Informační Technologie. Práce nejdříve zkoumá existující aplikace, které jsou vytvářenému programu podobné včetně prvků, které mohou být v programu využity. Následně se zaměřuje na návrh a implementaci aplikace spolu s představením použitých technologií. Práce dále zkoumá teorii výuky nové slovní zásoby, po které následuje rozbor jednotlivých cvičení, které jsou v programu použity pro zkoušení nabyté slovní zásoby. Závěrem je zpracován návod pro studenty i učitele, jehož cílem je pomoci s používáním programu. Výstupem práce je funkční aplikace pro studenty výše zmíněného kurzu k interaktivnímu studiu slovíček a přípravě na hodiny.
