The diploma thesis deals with the issues quality of health care in the hospitals of Vysočina Region. The quality of health care is being studied in hospitals in Jihlava, Havlíčkův Brod, Třebíč, Pelhřimov and Nové Město na Moravě. The aim of the diploma thesis, on the basis of the results, is to propose recommendations for hospitals in the Vysočina Region and on which areas of health care quality management should focus the hospitals. The benefit of the thesis is evaluation of the process for obtaining accreditations, monitoring of adverse events and proposals for quality management of health care.All hospitals have a health care quality management system. The basis for making recommendations is qualitative research, especially a deep interview. Conclusion of diploma thesis is fact, that the quality of health care is important for hospitals in the region.

Film festival marketing: Summer Film School Uherské Hradiště 2014

The aim of this thesis is to confirm or disprove the hypothesis that the specific programme focus of Summer Film School Uherské Hradiště, which is the education of the audience in the field of film and cinema, directly affects its marketing communication and is significantly reflected in it. This was done though description and subsequent analysis of the marketing communication of the 40th Summer Film School. The work explores the phenomenon of film festivals and the Summer Films School as a specific film festival with an educational programme. It places the subject of film festival communication within a theoretical framework and builds on the theoretical findings on marketing in general, cultural marketing and film marketing. It then applies the theoretical framework to the 40th year of Summer Film School as an example. It focuses on the communication pillar of marketing mix as the subject of this work's hypothesis. It describes and analyses the communication of the 40th Summer Film School in terms of its tools, creative execution and content. On this basis it draws conclusions that the hypothesis of this work was disproved, because only a minor part of the communication focuses on the educational nature of the event, which is in conflict with the original premise. This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of employee remuneration and its impact on company costs. The goal of this work is to propose measures that will lead to savings in labor costs. In the theoretical part are explained the basic concepts and procedures relating to the remuneration of employees. In the practical part is the current system of remuneration of employees in the company and its impact on overall costs in introduction. In conclusion are described the changes that can reduce costs in the business.

Teoretická část práce se zabývá podstatou a úkoly odměňování jako součásti personální práce v podniku. Jsou zde popsány a shrnuty poznatky a trendy v oblastech hodnocení práce, oceňování práce, tvorby mzdových tarifů a používání mzdových forem. Práce se také věnuje zaměstnaneckým výhodám a oblasti péče o zaměstnance. V praktické části je provedena analýza a popis současného systému odměňování a péče o zaměstnance v podniku a na základě toho jsou navržena určitá doporučení ke zlepšení.
