Divorce and its affect on child

This thesis deals with divorce and its affects on children. The theoretical part defines basic concepts. It describes the basic function of family and its importence for child. There are also presented reasons and types of divorces. As next the theoretical part describes affects of divorce on child, the part focuses on emotions, behavior and child's reaction in different ages. The practical part deals with qualitative research. The research was carried out through semi-structured interviews with five respondents who experienced divorce of their parents in childhood. The aim of this thesis is to find out whether the relationship between child and parent is changing after divorce, how they view divorce in some time gap and what is the most common affect of divorce on child.

The Bachelors thesis focus on a chosen tour operator - ALEX. The central topic is an analysis of the offer by Tour Operator ALEX. The first part explains terms such as a tour operator, an offer, a participant of the tourism or marketing mix in the tourism. The practial part works at the offer of the Tour Operator ALEX, covering the marketing mix. The SWOT analysis and the comparison with competitors are disassembled in the conclusion of thesis.

Analysis of the current situation in the field of travel insurance of tourism participants

This work is focused on the current situation in the travel insurance market and how this corresponds to the current needs demand. The first part is about the insurance industry and product detail then travel insurance. The second part examines supply, thus the offer of travel insurance from various distributors and compares them with each other. A further section deals with the requirements of the passengers thus the demand. The result of the work describes the intersection of supply and demand. In conclusion, test hypotheses and summarizes the main findings.

The aim of the Diploma thesis is to analyse the way of current using sustainable development of tourism in the Region of Zlin. In the theoretical part, term "sustainable development" will be explained and main historical milestones leading to this definition will be introduced. In the practical part, using of sustainable development of tourism in the region will be evaluated. The evaluation will be based on selected set of indicators and also on questionnaire survey conducted among public administration in the region, its residents, visitors and tourism business units.

Proposal of packaged tour to Bolivia

This bachelor thesis deals with proposal of a holiday package to Bolivia as a part of outgoing tourism of Czech Republic. The theoretical part consists of definitions of basic terms connected with the topic like a tourism, a sustainable tourism, a packaged tour, a participant of a tourism, tourism services and a travel agency. Further there is a framework programme and a time schedule of this four-week packaged tour designed and basic information for a tour leader and participants are introduced. A preliminary calculation and a judgement of a competitive advantage in comparison with an offer of Czech travel agencies are another part of this thesis.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is development of stag tourism as a trend in tourism. Weekends in Central and Eastern Europe countries for stag party celebration is getting more and more popular, mainly from the side of British tourists. The thesis is dedicated to the general development of the trend and its contribution and impact on Prague. First three chapters of the thesis concern the tourism theory, whereas the last three chapters cover practical information, including the analysis of the impact of stag tourism and results of a conducted research. ALso stag tourism is explored as a part of guiding services as guiding plays a very important role in the stag tours organization.

Comparative Analysis of Forfait Package Tours in Czech Republic and Slovakia

This bachelor's thesis analyses two similar markets -- the Czech Republic and Slovakia, focusing on forfait package tours. The main purpose is to compare possibilities of realisation forfait package tours in both markets and to determine the differences between personal creation of the services versus the use of travel agencies. This work is composed of three chapters. The first chapter involves basic terms and their explanation. The next part includes analysis and comparison of forfait package tours offered in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. According to fictitious client demand a package tour is created in the last chapter. In addition, it is compared with the same package tours that are organised by travel agencies in both countries. The results gained through the analysis of package tours supply confirms that the Czech Republic has more sufficiently developed its travel agencies market; moreover, offers more possibilities of forfait holiday packages to its customers. Another outcome of this thesis is the evaluation of pros and cons of personal realisation of holiday packages versus the offers of a travel agency.
