Social exclusion in Central-Bohemia region and Hradec Kralove region, its evolution, characteristics and possible models of social work in these areas

V roce 2003, kdy jsem nastoupila jako terénní sociální pracovník do Poradny pro občanství, občanská a lidská práva, se pojem sociální vyloučeni zvolna dostával do povědomí české odborné i laické veřejnosti. Poprvé se koncept sociálního vyloučeni objevil ve Francii na začátku 70. let minulého století, postupně získával pojem na popularitě i v ostatních zemích Evropy a v 90.letech se stal součástí sociální politiky Evropské unie. Je to pojem, který se stal běžnou součásti této problematiky a to i z důvodu, že je vlastně doslovný, což může v samém důsledku vést k nepřesnému výkladu a k omylům. Důvodem je i to, "že termin sociálního vyloučeni neni vykládán jednoznačně a má mnohé interpretace (což je ovšem příznačné pro sociální vědy všeobecně). Různé významy jsou tomuto konceptu přikládány v různých národních kontextech a společenských perspektivách." (Navrátil, 2003: 30,31) Proto hned na úvod stručná a výstižná definice sociálního vyloučeni, která je v souladu s obsahem této práce: "Sociální vyloučeni je proces (nebo stav), který určité jednotlivce, rodiny, případně skupiny či celá lokální společenství (komunity) omezuje v přístupu ke zdrojům, které jsou potřebné pro participaci na sociálním, ekonomickém i politickém a občanském životě společnosti. The Employment of Seniors in Relation to their Claim on Old-aged Pensions

The current trend of demographic aging can be alleviated by extending the working activity of older workers and seniors. In this thesis the attention is focused on the relationship between the employment of older people and setting of the pension scheme, since both affect the behaviour of older workers and seniors. The aim of this thesis was to find out the level of employment support of older workers and seniors, and to describe not only the view of seniors, who continue with work after their claim on old-aged pension but also attitudes of the potential employers on this group of workers. Secondary data analysis with emphasis on foreign experience and qualitative interviews supplemented by quantitative research were used as research methods. The research has shown that the pension system does not motivate older people to delay retirement, the level of education in old age is undersized and the awareness of current trends and opportunities in the field of seniors employment is missing.

Název práce: Vliv tělesného zatížení na výběr pohybové odpovědi v herních situacích (na příkladu fotbalu) Title of Study: Effect ofPhysical Loading on Movement Response Selection in Game Situation (with special reference to the football) Cíl práce:. Cílem je zkoumání vlivu tělesného zatížení na výběr pohybové odpovědi v herních situacích. Práce je příspěvkem k rozšíření poznatků o vlivu tělesného zatížení na taktické jednání ve sportovních hrách. Metoda: Hlavním plánem výzkumu bylo experimentální šetření, ve kterém byl sledován výkon ve výběru pohybové odpovědi na statické herní situace po předchozím tělesném zatížení. Výkon v rozhodování byl hodnocen podle rychlosti a přesnosti pohybové odpovědi. Tělesné zatížení jako experimentální faktor byl navozen stupňovaným intermitentním zátěžovým testem. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo sedm jedinců ve věku 16 - 18 let trénujících fotbal. Výsledky: Studie naznačila, že tělesné zatížení ovlivňuje výběr pohybové odpovědi v presentovaných herních situacích. Zajímavý závěr studie ukázal, že při vyšším tělesném zatížení narůstá počet nevhodných odpovědí na herní situace, ale zároveň se zkracuje doba výběrové rekce. Social services in the field of housing for adults with autism in the Czech Republic

OVERVIEW This thesis entitled "Social Services in the Field of Housing of Adult Sufferers of Autism in the Czech Republic" examines the issue of availability of the social service of sheltered housing for adults with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the individual regions of the Czech Republic. The result is a description of the available and planned services in the form of sheltered housing for people with ASD, as well as a schematic model for creation of new housing services of community type in our territory. Over the last twenty years, people in the Czech Republic have been growing better informed, and at the same time, the diagnosing of this disorder has become more exact. That has logically influenced the significant growth of this specific target group. Another goal of this thesis therefore is to determine the number of people with ASD in the age group of adolescents and young adults. Additional goal is to reflect on the state's preparedness in the area of fulfilling the rights of people with autism spectrum disorder to be provided available and appropriate housing.

It describes notions concerning Roma culture and issue, age epoch of target group and notions related to the leisure of child at middle school. It highlights the funktion of sport, which serves as a useful way to spend their free time in combination with the school and also very benefical aktivity affecting the physical, psychical and social condition of humans. This work also defines the factors effectin the education of Roma children and the importance of their education. It also highlights free time activities, as the tool of crime prevention. Administration of labour policy in the relation to people with disabilities in the Czech Republic

The thesis "Administration of labour policy in the relation to people with disabilities in the Czech Republic" presents the actual usage of labour policy instruments in supporting employment of people with disabilities in practice. It analyses limitations of the handicapped which are caused by physical and mental disabilities, their right to work and labour policy instruments providing employment support to people with disabilities and practical usage of these instruments based on the statistical information in the theoretical part. Research is focused on finding out whether and in which aspects do the needs of people with disabilities while looking for a job and the needs of employers coinside with the support provided by labour offices in Benešov and Česká Lípa districts."

The impact of selected concepts of Roma integration on people at risk of social exclusion

Social exclusion is a serious issue for modern society and the Government of the Czech Republic has been trying to deal with it for a long time. The existence of socially excluded localities populated mostly by Roma people seriously undermines social cohesion. For that reason, since 2004 the Government has been continuously approving several strategic documents of Roma integration. This thesis deals with the topics of social policy focusing on Roma exclusion from education, employment and housing. It aims to evaluate the effectiveness of selected compensatory measures promoted by strategic government documents of Roma integration. In addition to assessing the effectiveness of selected measures, this thesis provides also several recommendations to be implemented in a new strategic paper that will follow up the current Roma Integration Strategy until 2020 document. Vision and reality in solving longterm unemployment (Focus on municipal territory of Prague 9, 14 and 20)

Vize je definována jako vidění vztahující se k budoucímu, resp. vzdálenému, vnímání nedostupnému. Je výsledkem schopnosti předvídat nebo živě si něco představovat, vybavovat. Realita oproti tomu představuje věcnost, skutečné bytí něčeho (věci, podstaty aneb jen vlastnosti), tedy skutečnost proti toliko pomyšlenému (idealitě). V oblasti dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti České republiky je jednou z vizí naplňování cílů Evropské strategie zaměstnanosti, a v této souvislosti pak snaha o její minimalizaci. Úplné odstranění dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti je představou nereálnou. Realitou zůstává, že počet dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných v ČR je ve srovnání s ostatními členskými státy Evropské unie stále vysoký. V podmínkách českého trhu práce, v souvislosti s dlouhodobou nezaměstnaností je také realitou, že stále existují lidé, kteří chtějí být dlouhodobě nezaměstnanými. Výrazné propojení trhu práce se sociálním systémem je nutné z toho důvodu, že dnes fungují v nerovnováze. Stále se velkému množství lidí vyplatí využívat sociálních dávek, aniž by byli nuceni aktivnějším přístupem svoji situaci řešit. Systém musí být více motivující, pracovní trh je stále málo pružný. Generational and intergenerational forms and ways of partnering among elderly people

Jako hlavní téma své diplomové práce jsem zvolila, poměrně málo probádanou oblast mezigeneračních a intrageneračních forem a způsobů sdružování seniorů. Dle Petruska je studium primárních sociálních vztahů, "které jsou manifestací čisté sociopreferenční orientace či subinstitucionálního chování, vztahů, jež nejsou organizačně a institucionálně vzorcovány a jsou obvykle provázeny emocionálním podtextem, odůvodněno i ve výzkumech makrostrukturálně orientovaných" (Machonin a kol. 1969: 401). Takto zaměřený výzkum umožňuje odpovědět na některé teoreticky závažné otázky, které mohou být položeny v následujících oblastech - jaké máme informace o sociopreferenčních orientacích seniorů? Co víme o jejich přátelstvích a vlivu těchto vazeb na kvalitu života seniora? Jaký je vliv těchto vazeb na seniorovu každodennost? Praktická znalost tohoto typu sociopreferenčních orientací nám pomůže nahlédnout a lépe porozumět jemnému předivu vztahů, kterým jsou senioři obklopeni. A to hned na dvou úrovních, nejen v generaci seniorů samotných, ale seznámíme se i s dynamikou vztahů, které jsou navázány směrem k rodinným příslušníkům a dalším důležitým osobám, které seniory obklopují.
