The subject of the diploma thesis is to create a proposal for the expansion of the company AD Vending, s.r.o. on the Slovak market. The company's main business is the operation and management of vending machines offering the Americandrinks range. The work is divided into four main parts. The introductory part defines the issue, the objectives of the work and methods with processing procedures. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of the issue. This part is followed by an analytical part analyzing the internal and external environment of the company. The last part contains its own proposals for the form of the company's entry into the foreign market and evaluation of individual variants.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the development of business activities of the company Ponder a.s., whose main aktivity is the operation of the 4Comfort wellness center. It contains a proposal for the development of business activities leading to an increase in income in the summer and at the same time helps to reduce fluctuations in sales that occur during the year. The proposal is implemented by extending the business model.
