Personnel marketing at Higher Education Institutions

The diploma thesis "Personnel Marketing at Higher Education Institutions" deals, in its theoretical part, with the description of personnel marketing, its definition and meaning. The first chapter of the theoretical part describes its division into external and internal personnel marketing. The second chapter focuses on the selected activities of external personnel marketing at higher education institutions, building a school image and using social networks to recruit new workers. The third chapter describes selected activities of internal personnel marketing, namely internal communication, organizational culture and development and education of staff. In the research part, the questionnaire survey explores the use of personnel marketing at higher education institutions, supplemented by an analysis of the publication of vacancies on the websites of aforementioned institutions. On the basis of the results of the investigations, at the end of the thesis, proposals and recommendations for improvement of personnel marketing are provided. The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the applicability of personnel marketing at higher education institutions through its selected activities. The personal planning of pedagogic workers at elementary school

This bachelor thesis includes two parts which are theoretical and practical. At the beginning of theoretical part author introduces the aim of the bachelor and its description, the reason of chosen theme and the structure of the thesis. In theoretical part author describes human resource (HR) activity, HR planning and specifics of HR activities at school. After theoretical part follows practical one, where author makes research through the questionnaires. The research is focused on HRs system planning of pedagogical workers on elementary schools - describes what ways and processes of planning exists. Also what targets establishment puts and how establishment achieves them, also in which documents the elementary school sets these targets. In the end of this bachelor thesis author comes up with the results of research. Author also states recommendation and instructions for planning pedagogical workers on elementary schools which are concluded after research.

Delegating secondary school headmaster's activities to senior executive of youth home Bc. JARMILA ŽIGOVÁ ABSTRACT This diploma thesis deals with the management of education in the school facility. The main focus is put on the middle management, more precisely on senior executives of secondary schools' youth homes. It studies their role, it defines activities and competencies delegated by secondary school headmasters. The topic of this thesis is based on the fact, that although youth centres are run by school headmasters, activities and order of this education institution is guaranteed by senior executives of youth centres who create important mediators between top management and school establishment staff. The thesis has been made by means of specialized literature and available internet resources. It is based on the applicable legal standards and on the specific laws that modify the area of education and training. In theoretical part the definition of senior executive of youth centre and delegation term is made. Competencies taken over by a senior executive from a headmaster are objects of research part of the thesis. Training of employees in a non-school organization

This diploma thesis deals with the education of employees in non-school organization. The thesis is divided into two parts, part of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on how education should be set up in non-school organizations, how to identify educational needs and how to apply them to practice. More specifically, this theoretical part focuses primarily on corporate education in general, on resources and characteristics of company education, strategy, goals, methods and also the complete process from identification of educational needs, planning, implementation to evaluation of education itself. The practical part of this diploma thesis is focused on the selected organization XY, which is described throughout this work as the "Kernel a." Organization, as it wished to remain anonymous. In the Kernel a.s. an assessment has been made of how learning needs are identified, how the education is planned, implemented and subsequently evaluated. All this information has been evaluated on the basis of the Internal Education Directive and also on the basis of data obtained through the questionnaire survey method from the random staff of the company under investigation. Retention of teachers and assistants in kindergarten with special care

This diploma thesis focuses on the retention of teachers and teaching assistants in a specific kindergarten with special care. It searches for the reasons the employees have for staying in their current position and the ones for leaving it. The thesis then continues to research what can be done by this schools management to hold onto quality teachers and teaching assistants. The work observes possible connections of individual aspects of the job with the employees satisfaction and their tendencies to stay in said organization. Among the aspects that influence the employees satisfaction, we can find for example the working conditions, workload, work organization, the ability of professional development, rewards, interpersonal relations in the workplace, communication, the managements leading style or care for employees. In the theoretical part, I've searched through the available literature for connections between job (dis)satisfaction, work behavior patterns and employees turnover. I based my work on literature mostly focusing on psychology and sociology of management, social psychology, social psychology in a workplace, human resources management, management and school management.
