Miroslav Pražienka mprazienka@seznam.cz Executed pedagogical survey reflects the requirements of modern pedagogy and didactics - the teacher should have a new approach to teaching, both from a technical standpoint, both in the methods. At present, preparation of future teachers, but also in lifelong adult education teachers, computers are preferred, modern electronics (and everything associated with them) and such methods, where the pupil is actively involved in teaching and not just a passive "recipient". For the purposes of my thesis was, therefore, a wide range of teaching aids (PowerPoint presentations, worksheets, educational teaching games, demonstration experiments, tests, including methodologies and manuals), through which pupils were taught. Before and after instruction was given them knowledge and skills test, which was then evaluated. They were also sampled pupils from other primary schools and the results were compared. The teaching materials for chemical education - experimental and practical chemistry with different kind of food

Eva Hrobařová Name: The teaching materials for chemical education - experimental and practical chemistry with different kind of food ABSTRACT: In this thesis I elaborated the theme "The teaching material for active chemical education - experimental and practical chemistry with different kind of food". I created a questionnaire with name "Availability of laboratories and schoolrooms of chemistry in college". The results of this questionnaire were a base for choice of the experiments with different kind of food. Each experiment is completed by photos and a few questions for students. In this work I also analysed several thesis about practical and experimental chemistry. In this thesis I lay stress on importance of experimental and practice chemistry in colleges in Czech Republic. My task was to create easy teaching materials for active education and the utilization of easy experiments to illustrate theory. The experiments are very easy, it's not necessary many tools and it's not even necessary to use chemical laboratory. .

Digestion as an interdisciplinary topic in science education

The diploma thesis focuses on creating educational materials (educational text and educational animation) for secondary schools emerging topic of digestion in human body. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the following terms are defined: interdisciplinarity, visualization and animation. Moreover, the presence of the topic in the RVP G and analysis of accesible videos and animations, made in relation with the topic, are investigated. Results of both form a base to create educational materials within the practical part. Finally, a chapter about quantitative research method - questionnaire is incorporated. In the practical part of the diploma thesis, the results of realised questionnaire research are disscused. This questionnaire investigated the state of teaching of digestion in human body at secondary schools. The next chapter is dedicated to a manual for educational animation, the introduction of the programme Adobe Flash Professional CS6 and an educational text. The educational text is devoted to teachers at the first place and consists of basic as well as wider information gathering chemical and biological knowledge, which are related to the topic of the educational animation. Creation and validation of chemistry worksheets for lower grades students of grammar school

Inclusion of learning exercises intended to acquisition of schoolwork is desirable in majority of science subjects. This diploma thesis deals with creation of chemistry worksheets for 8th and 9th grade pupils of secondary school and forpupils of corresponding grades of lower grammar schools. Research of contemporary literature mostly chosen workbooks and worksheets available on the Internet isincluded in the thesis. The main part of the thesis was creation of worksheets on diferent themes in chemisty education according to RVP ZV. Created worksheets were verified and evaluated at schools. The thesis brings new possibilities how to deal with teaching some of the chemistry topics using pre-prepared worksheets, which contain mostly exercises for acquiring new schoolwork.

Structure of Monosaccharides in Chemical Education

This thesis deals with the topic of monosaccharides structure and it is focused on the processing in the form of educational materials for secondary school. It is devided into two parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the analysis of curricular documents - Framework Educational Programmes and School Educational Programmes, then the analysis of secondary school textbooks and other educational materials. There is also the analysis of videos and animations. The practical part presents educational materials in the form of PowerPoint presentation and flash animations. There are also didactic notes which serve as a manual for lessons of chemistry on secondary school.
