Constructive technological project of the hotel

This diploma thesis solves the construction technology project of construction hotel in Frýdlant. The introduction of the thesis contains basic information about the construction of the building. The presumed design and construction process are described in a construction-technological study. A time and financial object plan is also processed for the object, the total cost of which was determined from the software BuildPower S program according to the THU. Also included in this software program was an item budget for rough construction. A detailed schedule of the construction was created in Contec. In addition, suitable machines, mechanisms and site equipment are designed for the rough construction. In my work I deal mainly with the design of earthworks, rider bracing and board piles. For these stages a technological regulations and a control and test plan were implemented. A technological regulation was also created to make a white tank on the second basement floor. For the white tank is designed a formwork system with sofware DokaCad 8. Health safety and preservation at work are also addressed.

Comparison of legal order of holding of community property of spouses according to the statute number 40/1964 Sb. and statute number 89/2012 Sb.

This diploma thesis deals with a comparison of two civil codes. Statute number 40/1964 Sb. and statute number 89/2012 Sb. The law science speaks generally in connection with passing of statute number 89/2012 Sb. about recodification of private law. The term of recodification does not mean only adjustment of legal text in more elegant and especially more systematic way, but also removing of some problems in the legal order. The civil code from 1964 was created in another social circumstances and therefore the legal public hoped with passing of statute number 89/2012 Sb. for removing of some defects in civil law. These defects were caused by the selected method, the law should have adapted through this method to new social circumstances. This diploma thesis compares family law (as institute) according to legal order, which was in force before and after the day of 1. January 2014. The conception of family law before this date, so according to the civil code from 1964, arose at the time of intellectual peak of socialism and the task of this thesis is to find, where the family law was moved by the new civil code. Time lapse of the jump
I try to specify the starting point for my author's work through my experience from the Department of Alternative and Puppet Theater in my diploma thesis, which led me to interest in the creative work as which I try to formulate on the example of our performance EVEN PEOPLE HAVE SOUL.
The whole thesis begins with the chapter called Background, which mentions the benefits of block teaching and its contribution to my further creation. This chapter is subdivided into two subchapters. The first is a reflection on the function and ability of contemporary theater at the time of the digital-technological prosperity, and the second is about the use of these multimedia as a tool whose task is to expand our platform and space for the creation itself as opposed to when the theater tries to come out of the dead end using empty illusion. Continue with an chapter called the Simple Space chapter and its supporting force, paraphrasing Jerzy Grotowski and his interpretation of Poor and Rich Theater and specifying the starting points for the theater space and consequently the creation as such. In the next chapter I am devoted to the anthropological approach serves which me as a mentor and helper on the way to authenticity on the stage. With the other chapters I try to describe what a living process of rehearsing which is complex and linked as one organism means to me and what are the associated contexts in the way of specifying my authorial approach. Then I get to the chapter about the performance EVEN PEOPLE HAVE SOUL itself, where I try to formulate our own way of creating and how we think about it. On a particular scene, I approach the synthesizing approach to theater and other key fragments of form that interests me. I follow with the chapter named Sarajevo, which is the title of one of our clausure works, where I describe the theater, which is able to maintain its authenticity, despite the fact that it deals with a topic like war and events with it that are not easily translatable in to a theater that generalizes is to me and put back these into the context of my views of the theater.

The role of a play time empoyee in the health care system of an in-patient child

The theoretical part of this thesis describes the historical development and current play work in the UK and also watches the development in the Czech Republic. The author elaborates the importance of play specialist and the posibility of playing and teaching of pediatric patiens. The author mentions the use of individual approach, methods of the play specialist and focuses on the specifics of the playworker. Great attention is paid to game work during hospitalization. In the empirical section the author formulates the problem, objectives and methodology of the research and introduces the choice of respondents. The aim is the hospital environment, which is also the author's work place. This work is trying to solve the answer what is the role of the play worker in the Czech Republic and what options of the play work are currently offered in the hospital. The author also maps the role of play workers in the child hospital care system of in the Czech Republic. The results are analysed and elaborated clearly. Finally, the author examines the current status of play specialists in the Czech Republic, summarizes the outcome of the research and presents recommendations for possible implementations of the game work in medical facilities in the Czech Republic.

Problems of educational and psychological advice on the Department of Paediatric Haemato-Oncology, University Hospital Motol

Cílem této práce není snaha o publikaci nových vědeckých poznatků, ale spíše odborné zkoumání specifického zaměření pedagogicko-psychologické práce s vážně nemocnými dětmi a jejich rodiči. Zamýšlím se nad prací s dětmi, které jejich nemoc ve svém důsledku může i ohrožovat na životě, a přináším pro takovou práci vhodné náměty. Oproti v dnešní době sílící tendenci vymezovat kompetence, určovat, kdo má a kdo nemá právo pedagogicko-psychologicky nebo jinak ve své podstatě terapeuticky působit, se domnívám, že pro potřeby praxe je mnohem užitečnější hovořit o otázkách konkrétních a zabývat se možnostmi odborné intervence, které slouží hlavně ku pomoci a prospěchu dětských pacientů a jejich rodičů. V práci se pokusím nastínit kompetence pedagogicko-psychologického poradce a celkové pojetí této odborné činnosti pro obecné potřeby dětského somatického oddělení, v konkrétní podobě pro potřeby Kliniky dětské hemato-onkologie (KDHO). Budu přemýšlet o jednotlivých aspektech práce poradce, o parciálních metodách a budu se také zaobírat přínosy poradenského procesu.V dílčích kapitolách budu vysvětlovat použití jednoho z možných způsobů práce, resp. modelu profesionálních způsobů práce pomáhajících profesí, jak je ve své knize definoval Úlehla, neboť se mi tento model v praxi dobře osvědčil, a domnívám se, že napomáhá...
