Competency model of director nursery school

The bachelor thesis deals with the competences of the nursery school director. The aim of this work is to create a proposal of a competency model of the nursery school director. In the theoretical part it defines the concept of competence by means of specialized literature and denotes the competences needed for leading employees. The third chapter describes the types of competencies and the origin, types and use of competency models. The competencies that are further elaborated in the theoretical part on the basis of the selected model are leadership, managerial, professional, personal, social competences and management and evaluation of the educational process. All competencies are observable in human behavior. At the end of the third chapter, the historical context and the specific environment are presented in the nursery school. In the empirical part, based on the analysis of four interviews and two mind maps of the interviewed directors of nursery school, a proposal of a competency model for the kindergarten principal is created. Michaela Stupková Cíl: The aim of this bachelor thesis a summary of general knowledge about the issue of fracture of the distal part of the radius and fracture of the acetabulum. In the practical part, a detailed case report of the patient is elaborated and the subsequent rehabilitation care is described together with the results of the therapy. Metody: The bachelor thesis was written within the practice at the Department of Aftercare and Rehabilitation in the Havlíčkův Brod Hospital. The general part describes the anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology of the forearms and acetabulum, along with the classification of fractures and rehabilitation procedures. In a special part of the bachelor thesis, a case report of a patient after polytrauma is processed, focusing mainly on the rehabilitation of the upper limb. Výsledky: The patient completed nine therapeutic units during the hospitalization, during which there was a significant improvement in range of motion, reduction of swelling and reduction of pain. Coaching at primary schools

In this bachelor thesis, I find out how headteachers use coaching methods in communication with the middle management. I found out that no thesis had been written on this theme, therefore I was more motivated in my research. The theoretical part is focused on the explanation and clarification of basic terms headteacher, middle management, leadership, coaching), on the characteristics of the work of the headteachers and the middle management at primary schools and on the coaching methods. The theoretical part of this work has become a solid basis for the empirical part, which is ensued. The empirical part describes the used research methods and records the most important and essential information from the interviews, which are also evaluated. I chose the qualitative research method. This research has some specification, which I followed. I selected ten primary school headteachers, who had experience in coaching. The condition was their active using of coaching in practise together with their education in this sphere. They had to complete at least one course or training. I succeeded to fulfil the aim of the thesis that I determined at the beginning. I am able to prove this in the research results, where I describe particular findings that I discovered. Preparation for the competition for the position of kindergarten principal

This bachelor's thesis is about the preparation of candidates for open competition for the position of kindergarten principal, especially the creating of concept of the development of the selected school. The theoretical part defines the definition of principal of the school as the statutory representative of the organization. It also describes what kind of principal he should be in order to successfully lead the school, its managerial functions and the overall competency model in the performance of its functions. Thesis defines a definition of the term management and manager as a leader in education. Following chapter explains the conditions under which the director is nominated to the position and what requirements the candidate for the position of manager must meet. The thesis describes the creation of competitive proceedings and its legislative framework, when and under what conditions it can take place. This work highlights the creation of a concept for the development of the organization of consolidated individual kindergartens and describes the definition of the vision of the organization. Creation of an educational course from the lector's perspective in a corporate education environment

The diploma thesis is construed in the context of corporate education of employees. Its objective is to examine the process of creating an educational course from the perspective of a teacher of further education. The paper presents corporate training of employees as a systematic process in the context of human resources management and development. It underlines its systematic approach and coherence with other activities of the organization. The diploma thesis deals in more detail with the essential methods of development and education of employees applied both in the workplace and outside of it. Furthermore, the work describes the term of methods, presents their basic classification, ways of using them in the educational process and briefly characterizes them. It defines the relationships between the terms of employee, human resource and human capital and clarifies the concepts of educational project, subjects of education and other fundamental notions related to the development and training of employees in the organization.
