Evaluation of the quality of service from the perspective of parents in street hockey - category mini-mite team and mine team.

Title: Evaluation of the quality of services from the perspective of parents in street hockey - category mini-mite team and mite team Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to evaluate the level of quality of services provided by extra-league street hockey clubs throughout the Czech Republic from the perspective of parents as customers in the categories of mini-mite teams and mite teams with subsequent delivery of recommendations to improve these services to increase the overall level of service and the attractiveness of the stated sport for children. Methods: The obtained data are collected based on a standardized SERVQUAL questionnaire, used to measure the quality of services provided and respondents' satisfaction. The questionnaire was distributed to 12 extra-league street hockey clubs in a form of online questionnaire through representatives of these clubs who directly send it to the parents of 357 children falling into the category of mini-mite team and mite team. Name: Marketing communication plan for Pojď hrát hokej project Goals: The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the implementation of marketing communication for Pojď hrát hokej project, identify its weak spots and suggest specific steps for improvement Methods: We used primary and secondary sources of data in this thesis. We carried out a quantitative questionnaire-based research among the target group which consisted of parents of kids who visited Týden hokeje in January 2020. We also carried out a qualitative research based on interview with guidelines (The team leader of Pojď hrát hokej project PhDr. Pavel Landa, Ph.D was the interviewee). We analyzed internal database of Czech Hockey, specifically the marketing plan presentations and online media budget. We also went through the public materials connected with project, specifically their frequency and topics. Results: According to our research the marketing communication of Pojď hrát hokej project is on very high level. Respondents noticed it mainly on regional level. Results showed that the weakest side of communication is the print media advertisement which is not profitable. Title: Marketing communication of the team HC Slavoj Velké Popovice Objectives: The aim of this study is on the basis of current marketing communication of the club HC Slavoj Velké Popovice and conducted quantitative research to present specific proposals that will lead to improvement and to reach out to wider number of parents of potential players. Methods: In this study quantitative research methods were used and results of research were closer described in analytical part of the study. Quantitative methods were carried out in the form of electronical personal survey. 75 parents of the children that fall into categories squirt team took part in the electronical survey. During personal questioning 100 respondents that represent current fan club of Slavoj Velké Popovice were inquired. Additional used methods were informal interviews with representatives of the club and consecutive analysis of internal documents. Title: Establishment of a Non-Profit Organization Providing Sports Activities with Focus on Law and Organizational Structure Targets: The target of the work is to create a guide describing how to proceed with establishment of a non-profit organization providing sport activities from the legal point of view. Another target of the work is a creation or determination of an organizational structure for sport oriented non-profit organization with a membership of up to 100 members. Methods of research: The following methods were used to create a business plan: literature research, document analysis, semi-structured interview with an attorney-at- law relating to issues of establishment of a non-profit organization, semi-structured interview with a bookkeeper of AK Zlín relating to non-profit organization financing and tax issues. Results: The result of the work is a guide describing particular steps of a process relating to establishment of a non-profit organization. Title: Public television in Europe and their involvement in sports Objectives: The main object of this bachelor thesis is to make a draft of new services and ideas for an improvement of ČT Sport channel. This draft will be based on ascertained data, elaborated analysis and comparison of how public television across Europe work. Methods: In the bachelor thesis were used qualitative methods to gather needed data. First was used structured questionaire for communication with chosen employes from foreign public TV. Also were used structured and unstructured interviews with employes from Czech TV, specifically ČT Sport. The last method used was the analysis of secondary data. Results: The results prove high effectivness and usage of all resources available for ČT Sport, that is able to produce high quality content with just a fraction of the budget. The fraction is presented as an amount of resources in comparison with other foreign public TV. Also were compared chosen public TV across Europe, and were indentified high quality services that they provide. Title: Perception of the Red Bull brand in the field of sports by Z generation Objectives: The main objective of this work is to identify the current perception of the Red Bull brand in sports from the perspective of the Z generation. Through marketing research, penetrate the awareness of sporting events organized by the company and find out the knowledge of Red Bull athletes among the young generation. Methods: In the bachelor's thesis, there are used methods of qualitative and quantitative research. More specifically, the technique of in-depth interviews and electronic questioning is used in these areas. Qualitative research is used to obtain information for understanding the overall corporate identity and defining questions for research. The method of quantitative research examines the current perception of the Red Bull brand by the Z generation. Results: The results of the research show that the image of the Red Bull brand is perceived very positively by the Z generation and the brand is attributed the desired characteristics. The young generation perceives the brand mainly as a confident, relaxed, funny, and professional and life loving brand. Title: Marketing Communication of Trebic Nuclears Objectives: This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of existing marketing comunication. The main goal of this thesis is to suggest improvements and changes of the actual marketing communication of the club. Methods: Qualitative research was prepared in this thesis. The research consists of focus group where the members of the Třebíč Nuclears Development Council took part. I also used method of qualitative interview in the form of semi-structured interview. The interview was with PR manager Robert Vávra and with member of the Development Council Michaela Hobzová. During the research was also used method of the long-term observation. Results: It was found that the current marketing communication of the sports club fulfills certain marketing goals which were set however not all the communication instruments are fully utilized. The analysis shows that the club has the greatest shortcomings in the promotion of youth categories, which in principle has a major impact on overall attendance. Title: Aplication of a business plan for the development of Judo Heroes, Institute Objectives: The main goal of this thesis is to apply the business plan to the condition of non-profit organisation Judo Heroes, Institute (JH), so to help the founders or other employees with strategic management or provide a substruction of external fund. Methods: The thesis contains desk research based on data analysis provided by Czech Statistical Office, Judo Heroes, Institute, their founders and Czech Judo Union. Other ressource was data on competitors websites, The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports and individual schools. The research in the analysis of direct competition contained 4 competitors, which are (according to criteria set by the author) all direct competitors operating on the market. A simplified SWOT analysis was created for the largest direct competitor. The research in the analysis of indirect competition consists of 374 sports clubs and is based on websites study of all Prague schools, which present the prices on web. The incomes and outcomes analysis is based on the Institute's internal data.
