Education of teachers of elementary art educational system

An elementary art educational system is deeply rooted in Czech educational and cultural tradition. The art education is widely spread, provides its students with large offer of study subjects in music, plastic art, dance and drama, all in one type of etablisment: elementary art school. Depending on student's interest that education can lead to further professional education or can provide him with art skills and development of art competencies. That educational system demands highly educated teachers, who are able to fullfil high standarts of lawfull conditions and who can keep being responsive to permanently changing expectations. An objective of my work is to describe needs, ways and possibilities of art teacher's education. Adaptation of Workers in Organizations

The subject of submitted bachelor thesis is an area of workers adaptation within the organization. The main objective of this thesis is to point out the importance of adaptation of workers in organizations for workers and for the organization. This thesis defines the term adaptation and describes it from several points of view. It also deals with factors which affect the adaptation of workers. Further it discusses notions work adaptation and social adaptation, their exact definitions and partitions. This thesis describes the adaptation process of new employees, it shows some possibilities of its managing and monitoring. It also puts the stress on the meaning and the roles of people involved in the adaptation of workers. It doesn't even miss out the potential consequences of uncontrolled adaptation and possible risks and problems, which can result from that, not only for the new employee, but for organization as well.
Organizational culture survey

The main motive of this work is the issue of organizational culture, here is outlined its development and importance for the functioning of the organization. The work also deals with the individual elements of organizational culture and introduces some concepts of typologies that are used for their diagnosis. In other parts this work seeks links between organizational culture and performance of the organization, deals with the process of changing organizational culture and tries to describe the process of successful implementation of these changes. The aim of this work is to use theoretical knowledge, confront them with reality through empirical investigation in a particular company and notify of the findings of the investigation
Occupational Stress

The thesis deals with load, stress and related questions of the working life. Work-related stress brings numerous difficulties not only to affected individuals, but as a result also to organizations. The thesis follows symptoms, impacts, somatic and mental aspects of stress, its types and also types of stressors, which cause this problem. It is concentrated on workload as a specific area of work-related stress, individual resistance to the load, factors of workload and work-related stress and also on coping with problematic situations. The specific topic related to the stress is burnout syndrome. The thesis describes its formation and development, its causes, symptoms in three main levels - mental, physical and level of social relations and then influence of important factors such as personality and work conditions. It is also focused on professions endangered by burnout syndrome and its prevention. The thesis analyzes the issue of training and development of employees in career management, which is an integral part of effective personnel management. The text focuses on a career orientation in terms of individual's personality, attention is paid to career personality type, career movement and individual's career development. An important and often essential aspect of every career is a continuous education and human development, which this thesis deal with in detail. This thesis describes educational and development activities, trends in a company education, career management scheme, its context and planning of employees training. A part of this thesis is empirical research connecting topics such as career, employees education and career development.

3 The bachelor thesis Trends in working conditions is focused on current tendencies in the area of working conditions, especially on the trend of democratization in organizations. The thesis analyzes this phenomenon, because it has not been described in association with working conditions enough. The main goal is to ascertain the reasons of growth of this phenomenon, its essence and the way it is realized. The reasons and the context of the formation and the growth are desribed according to surveys in a field of working satisfaction and can be also found in theories of working motivation. The essence is explained according to the authorities in this field. The emphasis is on the relationship between democratization in organizations and the working conditions. Every aspect of working conditions is described in detail, especially focused on the trends of democratization. The analysis is based on the examples of realization in real organizations. These examples can be found in whole thesis, related to the currently discussed topics. In general, the thesis strives for widening of existing knowledge with complex analysis of relationship between democratization in organizations and the working conditions. This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of the company culture in a specific company. In this bachelor thesis is focus putt on description and classification of company culture. This topic is discussed in numerous books which are used in order to establish the theoretical basis of the thesis. The theoretical part describes company culture and also is concentrates on its relationship with a proper functioning of the working organization in a dynamically variable market environment. Quantitative analysis and qualitative research constitute the main instruments for the analysis of the company culture. On the basis of the accumulated data, is managed to identify the current condition of the company culture in the working organization, and to circumscribe the measures to amend the deficiency. Position of elders in education

The presented bachelor thesis deals with selected aspects of education of elders. It focuses primarily on the analysis of docility of elders and the demographical situation in the Czech Republic. The paper is divided into four chapters, which deal with the position of elders in the society, the changes of docility linked with age, motivation to study and universities of the third age, respectively. Active involvement in educational process has a positive impact on mental condition of every individual. The aim of this thesis is to capture problems which arise in the sphere of docility in connection with proceeding age. A further target is the comparison of course offers of universities of the third age with regard to their branch specialization. The thesis also mentions negative social phenomenons, which complicate elders' efforts for self-realization. Issues of Values of Education in Postmodern Society in the Early 21st Century

The aim of the thesis is to outline the issues of current conception of values as moral standards in postmodern society and to identify the consequences of this conception for education. The thesis tries to analyze current pluralist society on the base of literature, which is relevant to given subject. The thesis deals with a question, if and under what conditions is possible to determine socially valid values and if is possible to integrate them into the process of education. The text is divided into two chapters, the first of them deals with issues of postmodern society, pluralism and philosophical deconstruction and tries to indicate relations with education. The second chapter is focused on the problem of values, current educational objectives and the last part of this chapter is focused on the authority of education in current society. The specifics of Japanese management on the example of Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Czech, s.

In this thesis certain elements of the Japanese management model are examined in the context of Euro-Atlantic management model. As a single integral model of Japanese management does not exist, firstly, two groups of selected elements of Japanese management are explained in the theoretical part. The aim of this thesis is to analyze whether selected approaches of Japanese management have been applied at Mitsubishi Electric Automotive Czech s. r. o., and or how they have been modified in the Czech Republic. The first group of selected elements includes approaches in which active employees allow the organization to achieve high quality products and services - the strategy of kaizen, the activities of quality control circles and total quality management. Japanese management features that are included in the second group lead to the organization cost minimization. Particularly, this paper describes the just-in-time production, total productive maintenance concept, the technique of 5S, the technique of systematic elimination of wasting and the phenomenon of employee loyalty. Having realized a qualitative survey with seven respondents, the analysis showed that the chosen approaches in the organization have been applied, except for the quality control circles.
