Introduction of teacher-parent-pupil consultations in primary school

The Master's thesis entitled "Implementation of Parent-Teacher-Student Consultations in Primary Education" focuses on the systematic reflection during the implementation of consultations among teachers, parents, and students. The author, in the theoretical part, examines the relationship between the family and the school, along with their collaboration, taking into account the historical development of these institutions. An important aspect is also the exploration of the impact of feedback on students and the positive effects of this interaction on their education and personal growth. In the practical part of the thesis, the author, in the role of a teacher and an active participant, evaluates each cycle of consultations with the aim of advancing her professional development. Through action research, she observes the evolution of her own practice in implementing tripartite consultations. Research questions are posed, and the author reflects on her progress and acquired knowledge through a pedagogical diary. The main objective of the thesis is to enhance the professionalism of teachers and improve the quality of consultation practices. Effect of visual reeducation on increasing functional visual capacity of adults with visual impairment

The presented work concentrates on the topic of special education and rehabilitation of weak-stghted and low-vision adults. It focuses especially on development and current structure of special aid and support, which makes increasing functional visual capacity easier in situaions where visual abilities deteriorated during adult age or old age. After comparing situations in other European countries, this work goes on to point out needs and possibilities for future development of this area in the Czech Republic. Concrete attention is focused on one area of comprehrehensive sight re-education: the development o f functional visual performance with use of special optical aids and other means, whose optimal operation is achieved by means o f amended educational and rehabilitation programme. The core o f the thesis is the topic o f increasing reading competence and reading performance. The aim of the research part of the thesis is to contribute to the existing knowledge about creating and optimizing educational-rehabilitation programme using modem tyflopedic rehabilitation and tyflotechnical means. The structure of the program is tied with modern conceptions used in andragogics as well as in mentioned subjects. The presented research also has an evaluating function. The bachelor thesis deals with the effect of the minimum wage on the labour market. In a literary research are describes the studies to date looking at the im-pact of the minimum wage, next the legislative adjustment of the minimum wage and the development of the minimum wage in the Czech Republic. The empirical part is focused at analysing selected professions with the lowest wages in the re-porting period of 2014-2018 and in the conclusion deal with the effect of the change in the minimum wage on selected professions is addressed. The source data was collected from databases Average earnings informations system, Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and European statistical system.

Space as a socially constructed form of oppression: the transformation of an asylum for women with mental handicap in the Usti Region

In my thesis I deal with the representations of mental handicap in the Czech context. The theoretical base I found in the field of disability studies and its model of disability, which I have enriched with the approaches of poststructuralist authors and also with the Czech authors who see the mental handicap from a different perspective than the "majority society". The representation of mental handicap in the Czech context I show at the example of a home for people with disabilities, specifically for the mentally disabled women, which is located in the Usti Region. This institution is involved in the project called The support of planning the transformation of social services in the Usti Region. In the thesis I deal with the issue how are these planning changes communicated with clients and what connotations are given to the planned change of living space. In the empirici section, I talk through the semi-structured interviews with five woman clients of the institution and ask them about their current life. Then I analyze the types of spaces Theky mentioned. Their questions are completed with an interview with the manager of the institution, who talks about the motives that led to the transformation process. Tall soap is most frequently used as an alternative low quality fuel in the paper mills. But after conversion to tall oil (by acidification with sulphuric, hydrochloric or phosphoric acids) it could be processed by extraction separation of fatty and resin acids and neutral compounds, especially phytosterols and/or long-chain aliphatic alcohols. The aim of this study was the investigation of the tall soap liquid-liquid extraction by hexane and the study of the different parameters, especially pH value on the yield of sterols, fatty acids and resin acids.
