Evaluation of Real Properties for the Needs of Real Estate Activities
Neumannová, Kateřina ; Hlavinková, Vítězslava (referee) ; Pavlíková, Andrea (advisor)
This Diploma Theses deals with services offered by the domestic estate agencies. They are related to the main activities of an estate agency, which are selling and purchasing real estate. Based on the purposes mentioned above, different means of valuating needs to be applied. A purchaser needs an estimation of a usual market price of the real estate in order to obtain a mortgage loan. A seller needs an expert’s opinion (the administrative price) for quoting the property tax. The Diploma Theses has been divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and the second is practical. The theoretical part deals with quoting a market price of real estate. I have focused on quoting market prices for the needs of banks to grant loans and credits. Valuating, which has been described in the theoretical part, has been applied on some concrete real estate from 2008 and 2009. The aim of the practical part is to investigate the hypothesis that administrative prices are at the same level with market prices. Based on the generalised results of the investigation from years 2008 and 2009, I have tried to describe some possible development of the prices.
Adenosine metabolism and its role in cell physiology
Neumannová, Kateřina ; Novotný, Jiří (advisor) ; Hansíková, Jana (referee)
Adenosine is not just a major component of important molecules such as ATP, RNA or cAMP, but also has its own signaling function. Therefore, its extracellular level is strictly maintained by balance in its formation, degradation and transport. Both inside and outside the cell adenosine is formed mainly through degradation of ATP and is eliminated by two enzymes, adenosine kinase and adenosine deaminase. Transport of adenosine through the cell membrane is provided by nucleoside transporters, which are either equilibrative or concentrative according to the mechanism of transfer. All three processes described above contribute to maintaining adenosine level under normal conditions and its increase in pathological situations. Extracellular adenosine as a signal molecule binds to adenosine receptors (subtypes A1, A2A, A2B, A3) that affect many cellular signaling pathways via G-proteins. By these pathways adenosine regulates energy homeostasis, controls the function of various organs and also modulates the nervous and immune system and thus it may participate in a number of pathological processes. Pharmacological affecting of specific adenosine receptors or enzymes involved in its metabolism can serve as an effective therapy. Some drugs based on this system are already in use, others are being tested, and many...
Property Consequences of the Termination of Marriage, Comparison in German and Czech Law
Vrchotová Neumannová, Kateřina ; Zvára, Michael (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to summarize and analyze the concept of matrimonial property law with an emphasis on the consequences and possible measures if the marriage is reversed or terminated by divorce. In addition to the introduction of this institute in the Czech legislation, this work also deals with the legal regulation of matrimonial property law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The work is focused on the development of matrimonial property law after the private law recodification in the Czech Republic, altogether with setting the term into historical context and evaluating the influence of previous legal regulations. The historical introduction of the Czech and German legal regulations is followed by a chapter devoted to the issue of formation and termination of property relations between spouses in both countries. As divorce is the most common way of termination of marriage and property relations in both countries, special attention is paid to the consequences that spouses may be affected by, as well as to the options that can be chosen in the event of marriage and property relationships being lost during the life of the spouses. As a result, one of the chapters also lists property regimes that exist in addition to the statutory regime, thereby, in the Czech Republic a contractual regime...
Adenosine receptors and transporters in rat myocardium: the effect of adaptation to chronic hypoxia
Neumannová, Kateřina ; Novotný, Jiří (advisor) ; Hlaváčková, Markéta (referee)
2. Abstract Adaptation to chronic hypoxia is in addition to ischemic preconditioning one of the two known cardioprotective mechanisms. The precise molecular basis of these processes is still not fully explained. There are some studies that suggest the possible involvement of the adenosinergic signaling system in this adaptation. In this work, we focused on the characterization of the adenosinergic system in the myocardium of rats adapted to two regimens of chronic hypoxia - a protective continuous normobaric hypoxia (CNH) and non-protective intermittent hypoxia (INH/R, 23 h hypoxia and 1 h normoxia). Initially, we compared the total amount of adenosine receptors in samples from different groups of adapted animals. We discovered changes mainly at A2B receptor, which increased at CNH and declined in INH/R. This result suggests the possible involvement of A2B receptors in cardioprotection afforded by adaptation to chronic hypoxia. Furthermore, we investigated the distribution of various types of adenosine receptors and transporters in the plasma membrane of cardiac cells. We observed that A2A and A3 localize in membrane microdomains together with membrane enzyme CD73 that produces adenosine in the extracellular space by degrading AMP. A1 and A2B receptors similarly as nucleoside transporters ENT1, ENT2 and...
Maintenance and support of a minor (comparative study)

The system of the safe storing of radioactive waste
NEUMANNOVÁ, Kateřina
We can hardly imagine today{\crq}s modern word of 21st century without usage of nuclear energy and ionizing radiation. We meet them in nuclear energetics, industry, health service and other different fields. Similarly to other human activities even here waste rises {--} radioactive waste which can be dangerous for a man and for the whole environment. Therefore it is very important to deal with it according to existing rules. Radioctive waste rises even in the Czech Republic and that is why an enhanced attention is very necessary here. Therefore I would like to break into these problems as much as I can and I would like to describe these problems in my bachelor work so that everybody is informed about basic information how to deal with radioactive waste in an understandable form. I think that everybody in this country, regardless to their education, should have a basic overview about problems of radioactive waste. I would be very pleased if this bachelor work could help people interested in these problems and if my work is used as an educational material. If readers find new interesting information, my work will be even more useful.
