The first part of my thesis is an explanation of concepts, problems in tourism, marketing of services and methods for competition analysis, analysis of products and services. The second part includes analyses and data evaluation procedures and innovation suggestion. The purpose of this bachelor thesis is propose the arrangement to that would lead to the customer content and sales promotion of package tour.

The Master's thesis characterizes, analyzes and assesses the current situation of the travel agency Cílka, Ltd. The thesis nalysis current position of the company, it deals with inside and outside environment that influences business activities. By the inside and outside analysis of environment there are formulated Opportunities and Threats and below Strengths and Weaknesses. On the basis of findings, the work includes complex solution strategy, development and improvement company position, which should had help establish firm and fix her position on market.

Analysis of air medical interventions 2009 - 2011

Title: Analysis of Air Rescue Services interventions Objectives: The main aim of the thesis is to analyze and create a comprehensive overview of interventions of Air Rescue Services in the period between 2009 and 2011 in the Czech Republic. This work aims to comprehensively describe the historical development of Air Rescue Services in the Czech Republic, their current status and provide information about equipment used by Air Rescue Services. Method: In the thesis methods of collecting data from available sources, data analysis and data comparison are used. Collected data are presented in different tables and graphs together with their description, evaluation and analysis of outcomes. Results: The result of the thesis is the comprehensive description of the air medical service in the past and nowadays. The thesis provides mapping of ARS centres located in the Czech Republic. The results are supported by the graphical demonstration of ARS interventions to urgent life- threatening events and subsequent comparison of these interventions during the period from 2009 to 2011. The problems of plunder in the first half of the 15th century

The main subject of the bachelor thesis is the aktivity of bandit and footpad groups. The thesis is structured as a study of a specific era the first half of 15th century in Moravia. The study is carried out by analyzing the lifestyles of their dividual members and thein connections to thein leaders. The thesis describes the typology of criminal behavior based on the number of cases mentioned in the sources and researches the relations between the bandit groups and higher nobility. The author is analyzing the structure of the sources and several approache show to work with those sources. She is trying to describe the issues as a komplex social, political and legal problem of that time.

Information behavior of information workers in the process of providing medical information

This diploma thesis focuses on the problem of information behavior in the process of providing medical and health information. Research focuses on identifying information barriers. Research was implemented in several specialized workplaces: Homolka Hospital Library, National Medical Library, Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine: Scientific Medical Library, Institute for Postgraduate Medical Education: Department of Scientific Information and Bulovka Hospital Library. The following part is my own research listing the reference workstations and utilizing the information about the problem provided by the local employees. The information was gathered during monitored interviews. The thesis also introduces basic theoretical concepts of the area of information behavior, which are related to the topic. The final part is the evaluation of the results from the collection of information. The components are suggestions for changes to improve.

Communication barriers in library reference services

This thesis focuses on the problem of issues and barriers in communication channels in the specific environment of the reference services of the National Library of the Czech Republic. The thesis introduces the basic terms and expressions which are further developed and put in context with the topic. The introduction part is therefore dedicated to the topic of communication barriers and reference services. The following part is my own research listing the reference workstations and utilizing the information about the problem provided by the local employees. The information was gathered during monitored interviews, questionnaires and email communication. The final part is an evaluation of the results coming from the gathered data. There are several suggestion on possible improvements included. Keywords libraries, reference services, social comunication, barriers of communication.

Changes in motoring in Czechoslovakia subsequetly in the Czech Republic after 1989 in connection with the entry of official import representations of car brands

The main objective of this thesis is to capture development of motoring, which took place from 1989 to 2021. The aim is to summarize political decisions and legal shifts, which triggered and at the same time allowed the process of transformation. Emphasis is placed on the description of the environment of car importers and the modernization that they brought to the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Czech Republic, respectively. Author focuses not only on motoring but also reflects issues that relate thereto, such as development of the network of petrol stations or the establishment of new car production plants in the Czech Republic. A significant motive for this work is the effort to capture development of car sales processes. Customers' preferences in terms of car manufacturers within the observed period (i.e. from 1989 until today) are analyzed in detail on the basis of relevant statistic data. Presented study is a result of research in periodicals, specialist books, statistics, annual reports, internet resources, oral interviews with experts on automotive, and working notes of the author.
