This thesis deals with the process of employment of employees in Skanska a.s. Using analytical methods examines documents used in this process and comparing different alternatives of employment of employees assesses the established procedure in Skanska a.s. Based on analysis selects appropriate variants and gives them the positives and negatives. Based on their assessment selects the optimum solution that will save the company costs and increase their competitiveness.

This diploma thesis deals with the controlling in Skanska, a.s. More in particular, it focuses on the forming of the financial plan for the years 2014-2018 in this company. The theoretical part delimits the basic terminology connected with controlling and company planning. The analytical part consists of the analysis of the current state of the company. The final part of the thesis comprises the elaborated financial plan for the individual years.
Education and activation of seniors in social services facilities

(in English): This work deals with the selection of educational opportunities for seniors with an emphasis on clients of social facilities, where there are not always enough erudite workers who would be able and willing to prepare activation programs according to the most internal needs of accommodated seniors. The quality of life of a surviving and often seriously ill senior can be maintained or at least slowed down by means of appropriately selected activities so that he feels that his life has meaning until the last moment. In the theoretical part of the work, attention is paid to the main theoretical framework of senior education - gerontagogy and the resulting forms of senior education. On the one hand, these are activities close to the academic environment - academies of the third age and similar, and on the other hand, there is a wide range of activation techniques, of which the greatest scope is given to reminiscence therapy. Bachelor Thesis Causes and Psychosocial Consequences of Feminization of Czech Education, Feminist Pedagogy focuses on mapping basic points in the transition of the teaching profession from men to women in the last one hundred and fifty years. It outlines some conditions and contexts that have had a major impact on the formation of the causes that have led to the phenomenon today called feminisation of education. It attempts to name and describe some of the consequences this phenomenon has caused. It outlines the important characteristics of feminist pedagogy and seeks to accept them positively.
