The influence of esport on man professional computer players musculoskeletal system in Czech Republic

Title: The influence of esport on man professional computer players' musculoskeletal system in Czech Republic Objectives: The main aim of the study is to determine the influence of esport on the musculoskeletal system of Czech professional computer gamers. The secondary objectives of the thesis include the introduction of this new popular sport sector, description of the most common musculoskeletal disorders and other health risks of esports players, identification of the exercise regime and lifestyle of Czech professional esports players compared to foreign players and description of ergonomics, preventive and compensatory mechanisms in esports. Methods: The special section contains a study that was conducted using a non-standardized questionnaire survey. The electronic questionnaire was distributed to Czech esports teams via email correspondence and the most used social platforms: Instagram and Messenger. A total of 88 responses were collected. The respondents were professional Czech computer gamers up to 35 years of age. The resulting data analysis was performed using analytic tools and descriptive statistics in MS Excel, one- and two- sample T-test and Pearson correlation coefficient. Title: The case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with total knee replacement diagnosis Author: Jan Kovářík Head of the thesis: Mgr. Michaela Stupková Objectives: The main purpose of my bachelor thesis is to process a case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after a total knee replacement of the right knee joint. Part of the thesis is a complex theoretical introduction to the topic. Methods: This bachelor thesis is divided into 2 parts- a general part and a special part. The general part contains processed information concerning the anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the knee joint. It also includes a chapter about gonarthrosis, which is the most common indication for the total knee replacement, its etiopathogenesis and options of treatment. In the end the general part describes the total knee replacement, its history, operative procedures and subsequent rehabilitation. In the special part of the thesis there is a listed the case study of a specific patient after the total knee replacement and a record of the therapeutic units within the related professional practise in the rehabilitation hospital in Beroun in a period from 18. 1. to 12. 2. 2021. Legal and economic aspects of digital currencies with a focus on the Bitcoin

The aim of this thesis is to describe the basic functional principles of digital cryptocurrencies and its economical and legal aspects. Digital cryptocurrencies are young and dynamic phenomenon in financial transactions, which represents an alternative to the traditional national currencies. This thesis is divided into three main parts. In the first part the digital currencies and its function is discussed, the economical aspects of digital currencies and its impact on the theory of money are the main theme of the second part. The final, third part is discussing the legal aspects of digital currencies within the Czech legal system. The first part of this thesis introduces digital currencies, the operation of the whole system and also the basic terminology related to the digital currencies, which is necessary for understanding the subject. These essential aspects and features are being mostly illustrated on the case of the oldest and most famous digital currency - bitcoin - in favour of clarity. Diploma thesis analyses the logistic and industrial centers and predicts of their development. The autor evaluates the history and current situation of the real estate in the Czech Republic with using the latest statistics. Forecast of development is based on three possible scenarios: realistic, pesimistic and optimistic. These scenarios také account probable developments of the world ekonomy, with emphasis on the impact of the events in the Czech Republic. The main part focuses on the development of realistic scenario with optimalized values.
