Linux-Based Drivers for Embedded Systems
Kopáček, Jaroslav ; Strnadel, Josef (referee) ; Dobai, Roland (advisor)
Issues of design and writing device drivers is wide-ranging and therefore in this thesis we focus on the design of drivers for devices with field-programmable gate array (FPGA). Compared to the application-specific integrated circuit processors, where functionality is immutable, it is necessary for each new FPGA configuration to write a new driver for the required behavior. This thesis deals with the analysis of requirements and possible solutions of designing and implementation of device drivers for embedded systems based on OS Linux and the possibility of development automation. This thesis includes the design and implementation a driver generator which can generate Linux-based drivers for embedded systems. The driver generator is modular so the final driver can contain only the required functionality and no unnecessary functionality. Designed driver generator has been tested on the task of controlling light-emitting diodes which are used for diagnostics of the embedded system.
Blender Plugin for Conversion of Models to Vector Graphic
Kopáček, Jiří ; Chlubna, Tomáš (referee) ; Milet, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of an extension (plugin) for Blender software. This extensions adds the feature of converting 3D models in a Blender scene to a 2D vector graphics file in the SVG format that represents the original scene. The thesis focuses on creating the plugin's user interface, conversion of vertex coordinates from 3D scene to 2D window coordinates, calculating the resulting polygon color based on lighting and material, cutting of conflicting (colliding) objects and determining the order in which the resulting polygons have to be drawn. The result of the implementation is a plugin that allows the user to create 3D models which can be converted (snapshot) to SVG formatted vector graphics files, instead of manually creating 2D vector images.
Where does the water in Plešné lake come from?
Kopáček, Jiří ; Porcal, Petr
Application of three approaches to estimate the contribution of groundwater in the water balance of Plešné Lake.
Forecast model of DOC in the inflow to the Římov water reservoir and in the withdrawal of water from the reservoir.
Hejzlar, Josef ; Porcal, Petr ; Kopáček, Jiří ; Jarošík, Jiří ; Paule-Mercado, Ma
Long-term and seasonal changes in dissolved organic carbon (DOC) concentration and their causes in the years 1969–2021 were evaluated for the main tributary to the Římov water supply reservoir.
Blender Plugin for Conversion of Models to Vector Graphic
Kopáček, Jiří ; Chlubna, Tomáš (referee) ; Milet, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of several extensions for an existing module (plugin) for Blender software. This plugin could be used for conversion of 3D models in a Blender scene to a 2D vector graphics file in the SVG format. New extensions include the support of curve, text, Grease Pencil or annotation conversions and their depth sorting, as well as support of collection sorting, using camera objects and creating animations. Improvements of existing parts include a complete user interface rework, improving capabilities with a new material system and several fixes to existing code. The result of the implementation is a new version of the plugin which allows the user to efficiently create more complex vector graphics in Blender with enhanced output styling options.
Groundwater Influence of Streamflow Quality in Crystalline Areas under Easing Acid Deposition
Erbanová, Lucie ; Hrkal, Zbyněk (advisor) ; Navrátil, Tomáš (referee) ; Kopáček, Jiří (referee)
Surface waters from crystalline areas are a significant easily accessible source of drinking water. However, these areas often experienced high loads of acids from atmospheric deposition over the last century. Degradation of soils and surface waters occurred subsequently, especially in areas built of rocks vulnerable to acidification. The main objectives were to quantify the role that groundwaters play during streamflow generation and to evaluate the rate that groundwaters control stream water chemistry. The present-day quality of groundwaters and surface waters was compared with the quality at the period of easing atmospheric deposition. Groundwater brings base cations released by bedrock weathering into streamflow enhancing streamwater alkalinity at all flow levels. During baseflow conditions, streamflow was predominantly supplied with groundwater from deeper fractured bedrock. However, groundwater runoff is supplemented by water from shallower catchment reservoirs (shallower fractured bedrock, soils and overland flow). Thus, the chemistry of baseflow is not as invariable as usually considered. The acid neutralizing capacity (ANC) of stream water was correlated with the amount of more acid waters. To the contrary, the pH of streamflow was stable during baseflow conditions. Alkaline groundwaters...

Development of Lien in Czech countries
Kopáček, Jakub ; Bělovský, Petr (advisor) ; Šejdl, Jan (referee)
1 Development of Lien in Czech Countries Abstract The diploma thesis examines the development of lien in the Czech countries. The first part is focused on the theoretical description of the laws of lien from the point of view of today's legal theory. The theoretical description shall help the reader with better orientation and understanding of the basic principles of the lien, which developments are examined in the following parts. One of the main goals of the diploma thesis in the second part is to describe the development of lien, using the description method. The development of lien is described from its beginnings in Roman law which fundamentally shaped the next development of lien, through the Middle Ages, where the laws of lien were partly fragmented, until current legislation which mostly follows the Roman law heritage. In the second part of the diploma thesis, the main emphasis is placed on the development of lien after the year 1811, where are also considered the significant social and economic events in the history of the Czech countries, which visibly shaped the forms of lien. The obtained data are further used in the third part of the diploma thesis for the comparison of the three main Czech civil law codes, namely Act No. 946/1811 Coll., the General Civil Code, Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil...
