Title: Case study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient with Total Endoprosthesis of the Knee Joint Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge about osteoartrithis Methods: Thesis is consisted of general and special part. General part contains theoretic knowledge of osteoartrithis and methods of its treatment, mainly the information about total endoprosthesis of knee joint. The important part is methods of treatment by physiotherapeutist. Special part contain case study of a patient with total endoprosthesis of the knee joint. It includes anamnesis, complex kinesiological examination, therapies and evaluation of the effect of therapy. Case study was made in Ústřední vojenská nemocnice Praha from 8. 1. 2018 to 2. 2. 2018 Results: Health condition of the patient was better after rehabilitation, so choosen therapy was right. Title: The case study of physiotherapeutical treatment of patient after resection of the spinal tumor and fracture of malleolus. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to elaborate theoretical knowledge about a diagnosis of spinal tumors and develop of physiotherapy treatment schedule in the form of patient with this diagnosis and fracture of malleolus case study. Methods: Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - the general part and the special part. The general part contains theoretical knowledge about the disease, options of treatment and therapy. The special part includes case study of the patient after resection of the spinal tumor and fracture of malleolus, especially input, control and output kinesiology analysis, the goals of the therapy, a short-term and long-term therapy plan, therapy process and the evaluation and the effect of therapy. The case study was created during my internship in the Military University Hospital in Prague at the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in the period from 8th of January to 2nd of February 2018. Results: We managed to reach of the aims fixed in the short-term therapy plan. Title Case report of physiotherapy care for patient with Guillain-Barre syndrome Summary This thesis, consisting of two parts, was created during countinuous bachelor praxis in progress from 9 January to 3 February 2017 at The Military University Hospital Prague. The general part contains elaboration of a Giullian Barré syndrome, all of its variants, its pathogenesis and treatment. The special part includes case study with a diagnosis Giullian-Barré syndrome, type AMSAN. Case study is consisted of an initial kinesiology examination, creation of the plan, a description of therapies, final kinesiology examination and evaluation of the effect of therapy. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after hemorhgic stroke with right hemiparesis. Objectives: The goal of the thesis was to obtain theoretical information and background on stroke, suicide and therapeutic approaches and methods which can be applied in cases of stroke The specific part aims on the therapeutic care of a patient after suicide attempt followed by ischemic stroke, with whom I worked during one month practise in the Military University Hospital in Prague. Summary: In the theoretical part of my thesis I described anatomy, circulatory system and pathology of human brain, the characteristics of hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke, the epidemiology, clinical manifastation and ways to diagnose and classify them. The principal part focused on therapy after the stroke and physiotherapist's point of view on stroke in general. The theoretical part is concluded by a chapter on suicide. The practical part introduces a case study of the physiotherapy treatment of a patient after suicide attempt followed by ischemic stroke. Title of bachelor's thesis:: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a pacient after subtrochanteric fracture of femur Objective: The aim of this thesis is to elaborate theoretical and practical knowledge of the diagnosis and their application while processing the case study of a patient after subtrochanteric fracture. Method: This bachelor thesis is divided into general part and special part. In general part the hip joint is described including anatomy, kinesiology. and also the causes and treatment of subtrochanteric fracture. Also described anatomy including articular capsule, ligaments and muscles.. I describe the general bone structure as well as its growth and remodelation. The problematics of subtrochanteric fracture are compiled and listed are methods of osteosynthesis that are used and rehabilitation. The special part contains the case study of a patient after subtrochanteric fracture of the femur and after osteosynthesis with proximal femoral nail, including input and output kinesiology analysis, the goals of the therapy, a short-term and a long-term therapy plan, therapy process and the evaluation of the effects of the therapy. Title: Physiotherapy case study of a patient with subarachnoid stroke Objectives: The objective of this case study is to obtain and process with theoretical findings about anatomy, etiology and clasification of subarachnoid stroke, also the usage of diagnostic and therapeutic methods. The objective of a special part is elaboration of patient's casuistry with such a disease in connection with therapy proposal and its practical implementation. Methods: This Bachelor thesis consists of 2 parts - general and special one. The general one contains teoretical knowledge about stroke which includes anatomy, etiology, clasification of stroke, risk factors with prevention, clinical symptoms, diagnosis and phisiotherapeutical approach. The special part of this thesis is dedicated to casuistry of physiotherapeutical care of patient with stroke diagnosis. It contains of kineziological examination, short-term and long-term targets, therapy and the final physical examination. The conclusion of the special part describes the effect of the therapy carried out. Title: Case report of physiotherapist's patient care with the diagnosis: condition after surgery for total endoprotesthesis of the right knee joint Objectives: The aim of this paper is to get to know both theoretically and practically the diagnosis status after total knee arthroplasty. Methods: The first part of this work includes theoretical area by research. This section describes the anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the knee joint. The issue of gonarthrosis and its treatment.Then there is the more developed surgical approach, the application causes a total joint replacement prosthesis type, and physical therapy after surgery procedures that are appropriate to a positive effect on patients' health. The second part of this work is special - processed form of case reports. This part is based on theoretical knowledge acquired during studies, and their application in clinical practice. It contains entrance kinesiological analysis and conclusion, on the basis of which is developed short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan. In addition, this special section includes a description of individual therapeutic units and a final evaluation of the effect of therapy.
