Virtual reality as a tool for diagnosis and therapy in medicine

The use of virtual reality (VR) in the diagnosis and treatment of severe neurodegenerative or neurodevelopmental diseases is a potential alternative to standard methods and is now the subject of many studies and research. One of the objectives of the thesis is a detailed research and analysis of this usage. Another objective is to research and analyze the options of developing VR applications. The main objective of the thesis is the design and implementation of VR application for therapy and diagnosis of patients with Parkinson's disease. The application contain an adaptive environment and three designed exercises based on existing methods for diagnosis and therapy of patients with PD. Among other things, the application also allow you to store exercise data (such as position and rotation data of controls etc.). The implementation was done in the Unity engine with C# as a programming language, with an emphasis on patient adaptation and minimizing the development of VR disease.

V dnešní době je patrný nárůst počtu kamer a dohledových systémů ve veřejném prostoru. Množství informací které tato zařízení produkují je enormní a není v lidských silách je všechny vyhodnotit a interpretovat. Použití výpočetních technologií je nezbytné. Moderní algoritmy počítačového vidění již dosahují skvělých výsledků, jejich širšímu použití v praxi zatím brání nízký výkon zařízení a vysoké požadavky na výpočetní zdroje a energii. Jednou z možností je využití vysokého paraelního výkonu FPGA pro efektivní zpracování těchto algoritmů. Cílem této disertační práce je představit navržené metody optimalizace detektoru objektů v obraze běžících na FPGA. Tyto detektory využívají boostovatelné soft kaskády klasifikátorů spolu s lokálními obrazovými příznaky, které slouží jako slabé klasifikátory. Navržené postupy využívají sekvenční vyhodnocení slabých klasifikátoru. Pro zvýšení výkonu detekce je vyhodnocováno současně více pozic v obraze. Je navržen nový přístup pro detekci objektů různé velikosti nevyžadující externí paměť. Vytvořené detektory byly experimentálně ověřeny na úlohách detekce obličejů a poznávacích značek automobilů. Dosažená výsledky překonávají současný stav poznání, umožňují vytvořit detektory objektů s vyšším detekčním výkonem, lepším poměrem výkonu a spotřebovaných zdrojů FPGA a s lepší přesností detekce.

The subject of this Bachelor’s thesis is the comparison of the tax book-keeping and financial accounting. In first part there is described the main principles both method of registration with current legislation in force in the Czech Republic. There are defined differences between them, advantages and disadvantages. In the second part is a elaborated proposal to transfer the tax book-keeping to financial accounting for the entrepreneur and evaluation this amendment to income tax.

Charity mission in the Spectrum of Social Services in Havlíčkův Brod

Anglická anotace "Charity mission in the spectrum of social services in Havlíčkův Brod" Author of tis bachelor thesis shows that the mission of Charity services in the administration of Regional Charity Havlíčkův Brod has an irreplaceable position in the spectrum of social services in the town of Havlíčkův Brod. This is illustrated by using the detailed listing of social services provided by individual providers of social services in the Register of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, which corresponds with actual situation and conclusions found in questionnaire survey among emploees and clients of the Regional Charity Havlíčkův Brod and regional management representatives of other providers of social services. Brief summary of recorded knowledge can be noted that, in contrast to other providers of social services, the Regional Charity offers exclusive range of social services and pay attention to fulfilling the spiritual needs resulting from the mission Charity services as such. The author presents also some shortcomings and proposes options for dealing with them. Legal regulation of beekeeping

67 Legal regulation of beekeeping No bees, no plants. Beekeeping is a nessesity, which warrants quantity and quality of agricultural production, that is why this section regulated by law. There is no special apicultural act in Czech republic. Legal regulation of beekeeping is divided into a few branches. Provisions, which are related to beekeeping are involved in Civil Code, Veterinary Act, Plant medicine Act, Foodstuff Act and so on. Most of provisions are involved in implementing regulations. Civil Code No. 40/1964 is concerned with statutory questions of a civil law, as a proprietary law, neighbour's rights and damages with beekeeping. Most frequent problems which the Civil Code deals with, are disputes between two neighbours, when the first one, who is afraid of bees asserts, that the other neighbour's beekeeping interferes with his owner's freedom, because he can't use his property. He may for example be allergic to bee stings. Civil jurisdiction answer the question what is a bee bothering and when is it adequate or unadequate. There are a few crimes possibly concerned with beekeeping, grounded in Criminal Code No. 140/1961. It might be felony theft, destroying another's property, and environmental leopardy. Efekt pomalu rozpustných hnojiv na pedochemické charakteristiky půdního prostředí ve vrcholových partiích Králického Sněžníku

The thesis deals with the influence of fertilizers to the chemical characteristic of soil in the upper parts of Králický Sněžník. Fertilizer´s series Silvamix and calcareous dolomite were used as fertilizer. The fertilising products were applied directly to planted saplings. One and three years from the application of fertilising products effect of fertilizers on the soil was determined used samplings of soil and laboratory examinations. Impact of fertilising products on soil reaction, sorption saturation of soil, volume of nutrient, carbon and nitrogen was investigated. Based on the analysis we can say that the best fertilizer products are Silvamix R30TE and Silvamix R30S in this research area.
