Comparison of Marketing Conceptions of Czech Davis Cup Team and Czech Fed Cup Team

Název: Komparace marketingových koncepcí českého Davis cupového a Fed cupového týmu Cíle: Hlavním cílem je porovnání dvou téměř stejných marketingových celků jako jsou akce českého Davis cupového a Fed cupového týmu, které mají podobnou marketingovou koncepci, avšak v některých bodech, především kvůli působení vnějších vlivů, se liší. Práce bude zaměřena hlavně na porovnání marketingových koncepcí, především marketingových mixů, s ohledem na cílové skupiny konečných zákazníků. Na základě porovnání obou marketingových koncepcí a vypracování SWOT analýzy budou zjištěny slabé a silné stránky, příležitosti a hrozby obou týmů, které budou srovnány ve SWOT maticích. V závěru budou navrženy možné kroky ke zlepšení stávající situace. Výsledky: Po důkladné popisné analýze, komparaci a vypracované SWOT analýze a díky vhodnosti použitých metod, budou navrženy konkrétní úpravy jednotlivých složek marketingového mixu i celkové koncepce vedoucí ke zlepšení hospodářských výsledků týmu i celé akce. Výsledkem nebudou pouze kroky ke zlepšení situace, ale i pomocí SWOT matice vyjádřené hlavní rozdíly mezi oběma týmy, které pomohou čtenářovi lépe proniknout do současné situace obou týmů. Title: Comparison of subsidies in sport and physical education in Pardubice and Hradec Kralove in 2014 Objectives: The main aim of this diploma thesis verifies the functioning of the redistribution mechanisms, which redistribute public funds in the sport field, as one of the areas to which funds from public budgets are directing. The partial aim of the thesis makes the financial expenditures and the structure in sport and physical education out of the public budgets in the Czech Republic in 2014 clear. Another of the partial Objectives of the work determines, above all by describing the analysis of specific subsidy expenditures on sport from municipal budgets and SWOT analysis, the amount of the total expenditure on sport in both cities and finding possible pitfalls of financing. Methods: Descriptive analysis methods, which draw on the main part of the analysis of secondary sources (data), are used in the thesis. It examined and compared the state of sports subsidies in regional cities in 2014. The results of this method were used in the following comparison (comparison) of both regional cities. Policy of sport in relation to people with disabilities

The thesis deals primarily with the description, analysis and framing of public policy issues with regard to handicapped athletes. The main aspect of this work is to identify the most problematic areas with which disabled athletes normally meet in reality. The thesis also includes the state of the current sports environment in the Czech Republic. This condition is presented primarily with regard to disabled athletes. It is clear from other research that the position of disabled athletes is currently largely neglected. In the next part of the thesis it is important to find out how disabled athletes are designed in the Czech media. This is followed in the analytical part of the thesis is the analysis of the media situation with access to disabled athletes. The work brings an analysis of newspaper articles between the Olympic Games in 2012 and 2016. By analyzing newspaper articles creates the concept of the most burning problems with which work is finally being done. The key task of the thesis is to provide a holistic view of the overall picture of handicapped athletes in the Czech Republic.
