On the modern technologies of hole production in metal materials

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation and description of modern methods of holes production. The first part deals with the classification of methods, description of production, achievable technological parameters and production finishing methods. The second is dedicated to description of tools for holes production by different methods. Third part evaluates machines for holes production. In the last part of this thesis the unconventional methods of holes production are described.

SDN in LAN networks

This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the problem of Software Defined Networks. It describes the concept of SDN, the OpenFlow protocol, which is an integral part of this issue, and lastly is mentioned the concept of NFV. The goal is to research this issue, gather information about the available open source controllers and choose the most suitable ones. Furthermore, a proposal for the implementation of the laboratory task and a~list of available components have to be created. The final task is to construct and test laboratory task and then with help of this knowledge create laboratory manual.

The study of the spot size influence on the depth of hardening of the material 42CrMo4 during laser hardening

This master thesis is focused on surface hardening by using disk laser. Ten samples made of 42CrMo4 steel were hardened at varying speeds of quenching and diameter of the laser beam. The theoretical part initially describes the types of lasers. Further it describes methods of surface hardness processing such as kinds of hardening and chemical-thermal treatment, followed by description of the used material. Images of macrostructure, microstructure and compared values of hardness of single samples are evaluated in the experimental part. The thesis subsequently contains a technical-economic evaluation. Appropriate parameters for surface laser hardening are evaluated in the conclusion.

Verification of Function Blocks for FPGA

This master thesis is devoted to the issue of verification of function blocks for FPGA. The teoritical part of thesis describes the concept of verification, verification methodologies that provide the necessary tools for testing the design, and finally discusses the issue of Ethernet and its differences from the low-latency variant. The aim of the practical part of the master thesis is based on the acquired theoretical knowledge and selected verification methodology to build a verification environment, perform a thorough verification of the low-latency physical layer of Ethernet and finally measure the latency and throughput of this circuit.

Automatické generování šablon změn kódu

Cílem této bakalářské práce je navržení metody automatického generování šablon změn kódu v jazyce LLVM IR pro DiffKemp, nástroj pro analýzu sémantických rozdílů mezi verzemi rozsáhlých programů. Dále je cílem umožnit automatické parametrizování změn mezi verzemi projektu pomocí hodnot, globálních proměnných a strukturových typů. Toho bylo dosaženo pomocí nalezení společné šablony mezi změnami a následným generováním jejích variant, které se liší v použití globálních proměnných a typů. Navržené řešení je implementováno jako rozšíření nástroje DiffKemp a naše experimentování na malých programech ukázalo, že námi navržená metoda je schopná vytvořit alespoň částečně uspokojivé výsledky.

Health literacy of beginning teachers

One of the areas concerning the medical literacy is the first aid giving. The aim of this diploma thesis is to answer the question whether the skills of beginning teachers concerning the first aid are on a sufficient level and whether the teachers are able to react adequately in emergency situations. The theoretical part describes the bases of these skills. It analyses the accident rate of children, professional training of teachers, new methods and projects how to increase the medical literacy of teachers. The practical part provides the results of a questionnaire survey analysing the first aid skills of beginning teachers. It observes whether the level of teachers is sufficient and whether they are able to react properly in health endangering situations. It also discusses the opinions of teachers concerning the first aid giving and the general vision of the first aid area in school environment. The conclusion of the survey shows that the teachers' first aid skills are not up to standard and that teachers assess the professional training concerning the first aid as insufficient. The thesis offers possible changes which would develop the skills of beginning teachers. Keywords health, health literacy, first aid, health care, beginning teacher
