The diploma thesis evaluates the strategic position and the level of financial health of a selected internationally operating company. The thesis is divided into three parts. The theoretical part defines the basic theoretical concepts of strategic and financial analysis. The analytical part evaluates the strategic position of the company and its financial situation. The last part of the thesis presents a proposal for the company's expansion strategy.

Separate power of communities and regions and supervision Abstract The diploma tries to find the basis of territorial self-government, criteria differentiating territorial self-government and the state and state administration, identify the content of self-government, fulfilment of separate power, supervision and control of separate power, obligation to fulfil of self-government and point out some problematic issues of self-government, relations of self-government and the state and territorial self-government units to each other. The first part of the thesis focuses on the basis and constitutional foundations of territorial self-government, including reflection on the question of whether territorial self- government is an essential part of a democratic rule of law and whether it is an expression of decentralization of public authority. It also deals with the holders and executors of territorial self-government in individual territorial self-governing units. It focuses on the distributions of power between the executors of territorial separate power in individual territorial self-governing units. Appeals in criminal proceedings

APPEALS IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS ABSTRACT This thesis tries to describe the legislation of appeals in criminal proceeding in the Czech Republic. The aim is to present information on the historical development of remedies in criminal proceedings, on the basic principles of criminal proceedings, on the recent legislation of appeals in criminal proceedings, then a short comparison of the legislation in Austria and finally to point out to some of its deficiencies and suggest their solutions. The introduction of the thesis gives the basic information on the work itself, its aims and reasons which convinced the author to choose this topic. The first chapter of it is devoted to a short description of the legislation of remedies in history. Then, the basic principles of criminal proceedings and their effects on remedial proceedings are described. The third chapter focuses on the basic classification of remedies in the Czech Republic. The most exhaustive chapter with the analysis of the legislation of appeals follows. The biggest part in it is devoted to the description of remedial proceedings and several institutes are criticized here. Development and implementation of a database schema testing system

The thesis deals with development of software tool which is able to automatically test relational schemas. Software development is aimed at supporting database systems Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle MySQL. In the introduction is presented research papers of comparison of database schemas in a software development teams after that selected software tools offered by the market are evaluated. In the next part is introduced historical context of evolution of database models and there are described objects within the rela-tional schemas. It is discussed differences between mentioned database systems and ways of providing meta-information about database schema. In the implementation part is described development of testing tools, problems occurred during development are analyzed. One chapter is devoted to description of applied tech-nologies. Contribution of this work is application design and practical implementation in the envi-ronment of the real company which is capable to create database objects based on SQL (DDL) scripts and compare them with pre-defined logic.
Modularization of extraction of public procurement data to RDF

The bachelor thesis deals with extension of data extractor of public contracts gained from server Tenders Electronic Daily. The thesis covers a modularized extractor 10 new types of public contract notices. The data is retrieved from XML by using transformation scenario and they are extracted to RDF/XML data format. The extension is realized on TED-XML and META-XML formats of published data. The work also expands and creates independent library of functions. The library is documented. To ensure the accuracy of the extracted data in terms of syntax and also used ontologies there are used validation tools. For command line syntax validation Jena Apache Riot and for testing the correctness of output in terms of use Public Contracts Ontology RDFUnit testing tool. The contribution of this work is the practical part, allowing you to convert semi-structured data from the Journal of procurement of EU Member States into a fully structured data. Enhanced extractor allows you to extract data from the notices type F04 - F09 and F15 - F18.
