The aim of this thesis is to analyze how marketing communications strategies influence consumers to purchase gluten-free products in the United States and the United Kingdom. This thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter focuses on the theory of the marketing mix and marketing communication concepts related to the gluten-free food industry. The second chapter focuses on the history of gluten in food production, the rise and expansion of the gluten-free industry and economic impacts. The third chapter compares the marketing strategies of the Barilla Group by comparing their gluten-free pasta and gluten counterpart in the United States and the United Kingdom markets. The last chapter summarizes the research conducted by the author to understand what are the different influences that impact consumers to purchase Barilla products in both markets.
Marketing strategy of Orion minichocolates on the Czech market

The aim of this master thesis is to evaluate Orion product portfolio and recent launch of a new product, Orion minichocolates, after that to propose customized adaptation of product marketing strategy. The thesis consists of three parts, where the first part is mainly theoretical and describes the basic terminology of marketing strategy. The second part is dedicated to Nestlé and its product portfolio, Orion chocolate tablets included. The last part describes launch development of Orion minichocolates to the Czech market.

This bachelor thesis focuses on doing business in Russia from the perspective of a Czech company. The main objective is to depict the business environment of Russia and its beer market for a Czech beer company. The first part concentrates on general information about Russia and a specific sector of its economy. Second part focuses on the conditions of entry to the Russian beer market, risks and opportunities for a Czech company. In the third part there is a summary of a research and relevant conclusions to it.

The first part introduces the company Česká pošta. The second one clarifies the theory of communication mix. The third part analyses current communication strategy in the market. The final part assesses the communication strategy and implies possible future improvements.

The goal of the thesis is to compare marketing strategy of the company PepsiCo in home market and in a foreign market. The home market, the USA, represents the developed market. For a contrast, the emerging market of developing country, India, has been chosen. The marketing strategies are compared on the theoretical basis. Theory of marketing strategy is used for identification of the most important marketing aspects that influence internationalization of a company. Identified marketing aspects are examined at the US and India market. In conclusion, the comparison proves that marketing strategy of PepsiCo is adapted to the specifics of a market according to the approach think global, act local.

The Bachelor's thesis focuses on social networks and their specific application in Revyko Inter. Majority of this text focuses mainly on LinkedIn, specialized on labour market. First chapter describes social networks generally. Generally used ones, their history and mainly how to use them properly. Second chapter is an analysis of LinkedIn - structure and functions for companies. It shows in detail how to create a profile of company and marketing strategy of content for social networks. Third chapter talks about copyrights on social networks, describes legal principle of EU and national laws. Last part - practical - of this Bachelor's thesis has a main goal to create quality LinkedIn profile for Revyko Inter and make recommendations for marketing strategy including implementation plan.
Opportunities and risks of multi-level marketing in the Czech republic

This paper presents the model of the business called Multilevel Marketing that is known as MLM. In the first part there is the characterization, the origin and historical development of Multilevel Marketing. The companies that became pioneers in this branch in The Czech Republic and became successful thanks to this model of the business are also mentioned in the first part of the paper. The differences between pyramid, non-ethical and illegal Multilevel Marketing are also contained in this part as well as personal sale as a main tool of MLM. The second part of the paper shows the practical example of the successful American company Mary Kay, which is well-known in cosmetic industry. The business of this company is based on Multilevel Marketing. The Mary Kay is described in detail in the second part including its operation, main principles and mottos. I believe that I have good preconditions of the description of this company as one of its advisors. I am able to meet readers truthfully with running of Mary Kay. The very last part of the paper describes business opportunities at Multilevel Marketing, their advantages and disadvantages, the ways of choice of Multilevel Marketing company and the information that helps to decide whether to start doing business with these companies or not. Finally, the findings will be summarised at the end of the paper.

The main aim of this Bachelor thesis is to elaborate and compare current external business environment of the Czech Republic and Switzerland. The comparison of these two countries will reveal the main advantages and disadvantages with conclusion where is doing business easier. This thesis is focused on the regulative environment with the use of World Bank´s indicators. As regard to the World Bank´s indicators, I have chosen five of them which in my opinion reveal the advantages and disadvantages of these two countries most fittingly. This thesis serves as general overview of external business environment with explanation of the importance of political, economic, social, technological and legal environments and selected dimensions which are: Starting a business, Getting credit, Paying taxes, Trading across borders and Protecting minority investors, so that a starting entrepreneur learns what is necessary to be aware of.

In this bachelor thesis I deal with the internal communication strategy in Devro s.r.o. The aim of this thesis was to analyze internal communication strategy in the company and to propose new improvements and recommendations. In the theoretic-metodical part I present internal communication. In the application part, I focused on the analysis of the used communication strategies in Devro s.r.o. In the last part of the thesis are mentioned new proposals and recommendations for improvement of internal communication.
