Adelheid horse-breeding

This bachelor’s thesis presents a solution of Adelheid stable situated in Vrchní Orlice, Czech Republic. Village Vrchní Orlice is situated in Bartošovice area in Orlic mountains. The aim of this work is to find a suitable architectural and urban design that would meet the requirements for horse breeding. The plot for the facility is located outside the inhabited area of the village but in a protected area of Orlické hory and the proposal must therefore respect rules and conditions set by this area. Shape and layout of the proposed construction was created in the second year of my studies as a part of the studio of farm buildings course. After the topic was selected for a complex project and bachelor thesis, it was necessary to make some changes in its layout, mass and material. The principle of the proposal was in separation of the designed construction into two parts. The first part was requested by the investor to be an indoor riding arena of size of 20x40m. The second part should allow housing of 10 horses with all necessary conveniences and sanitary facilities for visitors The most important requirement of the design was to create a functional unit considering the significant elevation differences of the terrain of the parcel where the project is planned while not disturbing too much the landscape.

A specialized project of „Architectural study of modification of the bicycle stadium Favorit Brno in the BVV area and urban design of the Hněvkovský sports complex in Komárov“ preceded the diploma thesis. The aim of the project was preparation of the area for cycling stadium with all the necessary facilities and functional connections. The diploma thesis develops a previous project and elaborates the compound of the cycling stadium in a form of a study. The building should recpect to the current demands of this sport, such as a closed roof of the building, siberian pine track material and a 250-meter track length. The building will be situated in the area adjacent to the current biker complex in Brno Komárov.

This diploma thesis focuses on economic performance evaluation of AGC Moravské Budějovice s. r. o. It analyses development of the company in years 2008–2012 using traditional financial indicators and the modern methods of economic value added. In the final part of this thesis there are some proposals submitted that could lead to an improvement of company´s current situation.

Thyroid tumors and their molecular genetic causes.

The aim of this work is to summarize actual literature overview and to collect the up- to-date knowledge on genetic causes of the development of thyroid carcinomas. Thyroid carcinomas represent the most often endocrine malignancy and its incidence is still growing. This work describes all types of thyroid carcinomas derived from different cell types and are distinguished also according to the degree of differentiation. The main genetic changes in the tumor tissues of the medullary, papillary, follicular and anaplastic thyroid carcinoma are described. Thyroid carcinomas occur mostly in sporadic form, rarely as a familial disease. The causes of familial forms of thyroid carcinomas are also summarized and the main mutations in the germ-line DNA are identified. Key words: carcinoma, genetics, mutation, thyroid

Možnosti výroby piva, pekárenských a těstárenských výrobků pro celiaky

The master thesis Possibilities of production of beer, bread and pasta products for celiacs deals with using naturally gluten free raw materials for the production of gluten-free bread, pasta and beer destined for the needs of celiac patients. The thesis describes the problems of celiac disease, its symptoms and treatment methods, which among other things based on a strict gluten-free foods eaten. The practical part is designed and tested recipe for the Christmas cakes production of gluten-free mixture Jizerka, with the addition of 0%; 3%; 5% and 7% of wheat fiber, then were prepared gluten-free pasta using 6% bamboo or pea fiber were produced, and gluten-free beer using malt produced from maize varieties equine tooth. Gluten-free products have subsequently been sensory tested and the results evaluated by the availa-ble statistical methods.

This thesis focuses on small company SkyTech Corporation s.r.o, which distributes products from the field of cosmetic, decorative cosmetic, cosmetic accessories and make-up brushes. The first part is theoretical and serves as basis for elaboration of the practical part. Theoretical part focus on marketing mix, competition, assortment and analysis connected with them. In practical part SkyTech Corporaton s.r.o. is introduced. Than follows the evaluation of individual brands and their roles in assortment, distribution channels and short analysis of competition. In conclusion of practical part are suggested specific recommendations, which are based on analysis from previous chapters.

Causes currently increased incidence of thyroid carcinomas

The thyroid carcinoma incidence has currently multiplied and the largest increase was recorded for thyroid papillary carcinoma. The aim of this work is to discuss factors increasing the risk of thyroid carcinoma. The only confirmed risk of developing this form of carcinoma is ionizing radiation mostly in connection with nuclear attacks and nuclear power plants disasters. Other risk factors include iodine intake and the influence of nitrates, both of which act as separate risk factors and also as factors increasing the risk potential of ionizing radiation. Thyroid carcinoma occur 3 times more frequently in women, therefore the risk factors specific for females, such as estrogens, assisted reproduction methods, pregnancy and hysterectomy, are also discussed. Hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's thyroiditis have a significant association with thyroid carcinomas while controversial factors are risky elements of lifestyle and nutrition (eg smoking, cruciferous vegetables, high glycemic index and body weigh index). A high incidence of thyroid carcinomas was found in volcanic areas in connection with the effects of heavy metals contained in lava. YouTube community: sponzorship and partnership on YouTube

This bachelor thesis aims to introduce the reader to the YouTube community phenomenon and strives to provide better understanding of selected marketing strategies linked with this community. This thesis seeks to answer all the questions about sponsorship and partnership on YouTube by looking into contracts offered by this site. It also covers questions about its effectivenes and usefulness. The work is rich in theory on this social media and therefore serves as a good source of knowledge on its overall function as well as its history, evolution and current trends. In the summary this thesis offers an explanation of possible future development. The main section of this bachelor work is also dedicated to uncover the process of monetization of YouTube's original content. With the help of czech and foreign literature the first half of the thesis summarizes theories on the success of this site and its celebrities. The second half contains few selected case studies, providing better insight into the inner workings of YouTube. Upon reading this thesis, one should have been able to better analyze the original content of this social media.
