Functional Verification Framework for Multi Buses Following the UVM Standard

This thesis focus on the design and subsequent implementation of a multi-bus verification environment using the principles of the Universal Verification Methodology (UVM). It also focus on the implementation of the verification of three FPGA components using multi-bus as input and output interfaces. The implementation of the environment and all verifications is written in SystemVerilog language using a library that implement the basic constructs for UVM. The achieved results of the work are functional and easily reusable when creating further verifications using multi-bus. The proposed environments can be used as a structure for creating other verification environments for other buses.

The Project on the Operation of Multi-purpose Sports Hall in Hradec Kralove

The bachelor thesis deals with the creation of the project on the operation of multi-purpose sports hall in Hradec Kralove for tennis and badminton. The work is divided into theoretical part, analysis of the problem and my own proposals of solutions. In the theoretical part I am focused on explaining the concepts and terms, which are subsequently used in next parts of the work. It is especially about the company and its specifics, marketing, analysis of the environment and the importance of sport in our lifestyle. In the analysis of the problem and my own proposals of solutions, I stick to my own procedures that I described earlier, and with their help, a concrete project on the operation of a multi-purpose sports hall is formulated. It analyzes all the important requirements that need to be evaluated before the realization of the project.

Survey of bacterial nucleotide-based second messengers

Second messengers are small molecules that belong to one of the fundamental types of cell signalling. Their function is to transmit signals from extracellular or intracellular receptors to specific effector proteins. This type of signal transduction is evolutionarily ancient and conserved, occuring in every cellular organism. However, individual taxa differ in the specific compounds they use in signal transduction. In bacteria, different nucleotide derivatives are mostly used. The most important examples are cAMP, (p)ppGpp, c-di-GMP and c-di-AMP. Bacterial second messengers are involved in the regulation of metabolism, biofilm formation, stringent response, osmoregulation, protection against viral infection and many other processes. In addition to describing these signalling pathways, this work also deals with enzymes for synthesis and degradation of these small signalling molecules.

Duty of members of elected bodies and other persons to prevent threatened insolvency of business corporation and consequences of breach of the duty Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the area of civil, commercial and insolvency law. It focuses in particular on the duty of directors of a business corporation and other persons to prevent threatened insolvency with emphasis on the legal regulation of the consequences of breach of such duty. This diploma thesis is divided into four main chapters, where the most important one is the second chapter. The chapters in the diploma thesis flow continuously and logically which facilitates the reader's orientation in the subject. The first chapter defines the basic terms related to the discussed topic which are subsequently used throughout the diploma thesis. Emphasis is placed on the duty of care, whose breach is a prerequisite for the application of the sanctions described in the second chapter. The second chapter deals with the consequences of the breach of the duty to prevent threatened insolvency. The consequences are analysed in detail and the issues over which the legal consensus is missing are set out in the analysis. Comparison of the Principles of Budgetary Responsibility in selected Countries

The Bachelor´s thesis engage in budgetary responsibility issues. It is based on the theoretical findings from which is subsequently arised in the practical part. The practical part is divided into comparison of the budgetary responsibility rules in selected countries and into the analysis of the current Czech bill of the constitutional law about the budgetary responsibility. There are different approaches of the budgetary responsibility analyzed in the first part of the practical part and afterwards there is mentioned reflection about its efficiency. The second part of the practical part elaborately analyze the bill in the Czech Republic and thereafter (with taking into consideration the theoretical findings and analysis of the budgetary rules in selected countries) it is evaluated.
