Rural changes after World War II in the former Horšovský Týn district

The target of this diploma thesis is the transformation of the countryside after the Second World War in the territory of the former district of Horšovský Týn, whose existence is defined in the years 1945-1960. The work, based on the study of primary sources from the State District Archive of Domažlice, located in Horšovský Týn (primarily from the ONV Horšovský Týn resource), the study of periodicals and secondary literature creates a picture of the post-war border district, which had to go through a series of revolutionary changes during its existence. The work follows the demographic development of the Horšovský Týn district, including the displacement of the German-speaking population and the subsequent settlement of the region by a new Czech population. Using the example of the memoirs of Walter Bernklau, who as a German was deported from Czechoslovakia after the Second World War, the work shows what fates the German-speaking population had to go through during the deportation and what awaited them in their new home. The second half of the work is mainly devoted to the development of agriculture in the region, the history of auxiliary cooperatives in the district of Horšovský Týn in the years 1945-1948 and the collectivization of the region after 1949. Legal principle of superficies solo cedit and its significance in land law

The topic of this thesis is the return of the legal principle of superficies solo cedit into the Czech legal order. The thesis aims at the comprehensive overview and the analysis of the issue of this principle based on its inclusion both in the historical and contemporary context. Another objective of this thesis is to look at the registration of the principle, including related institutes, into the public register - the cadastre of real estates. This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part of this thesis follows the development of the superficial principle across the history, including the comparison of its use in given legal orders. This section begins with a glance at Roman private law and its selected institutes which have been incorporated into modern Czech private law by the reception of Roman law. The room will be also given to the law of the Habsburg monarchy and the provisions of the ABGB, civil code that has been valid on our territory until the 1950. The last chapters of this part are devoted to land law in the socialist Czechoslovakia and, in particular, to the 1964 Civil Code. The following section is the core chapter of this thesis. This thesis is thematically focused on online advertising. The paper describes the history of online advertising and its advantages and disadvantages compared to other media types. There are mentioned standards of online advertising on the Czech Internet and ways to optimize the different types for better performance. Next we go over the characteristics of selected tools for assessing the success and management of online campaigns. We also compare the advertising possibilities of the two most used search engines in czech Seznam and Google. We analyze the possibilities of automation of product campaigns in the AdWords system. We compare the differences in intervention and prices of ads on social networks Facebook and Twitter and ads on the Google's Content Network on the basis of available targeting of Czech users.
International marketing activities of Mondeléz company on specific markets

Main objective of this thesis is to analyze international marketing of Mondeléz International company with a focus on international environment and its impact on the company, analysis of marketing mix of specific international products and survey examining the extent of awareness of the former Kraft Foods and current Mondeléz company. Results of this work should give a reader an overview about development of Mondeléz company and international activities of the company applied in environment of Czech Republic.

The first part of this thesis contains description of development in mobile services, networks, mobile devices and the whole market of mobile marketing and analysis of possibilities and methods of usage of mobile marketing. The second part contains analysis of mobile marketing in terms of ethics, analysis of mobile marketing leading corporations and survey of public opinion, including its evaluation.
