Consequences of EU directive "Television without frontiers" on Czech terrestrial television programmes

The dissertation Consequences of EU Directive "Television without Frontiers" on Czech terrestrial television programmes deals with the implementation into Czech audiovisual law of EU Directive "Television without frontiers" in 2001. Specifically this study deals with one controversial aspect its implementation, namely the obligation imposed by the Directive on domestic television stations to grant the majority of their broadcasting time to programmes produced in the European Union. This study focuses on whether there have been significant changes in the program structure of Czech television - changes in where programmes originate from, changes in terms of the percentage of European and non-European programmes and the types of programmes broadcast.

Formative influence of artistic gymnastics on girls' posture in age between 11 -15 years old

Title: Formative influence of artistic gymnastics on girls' posture in age between 11 - 15 years old. This diploma thesis deals with posture problems of female gymnasts in age between 11 - 15 years old, the main task concerns with posture conditions and movement apparatus. We have chosen standartized tests that deal with quality of posture according to Klein and Thomas, Mathias' test and motion tests according to Janda, Kabelikova and Vavrova as the main sources of information. We can evaluate the influence and suitability of the exercise, means and methods in the training of artistic gymnastics. The thesis tries to show the significant influence of the training load on the level of posture and movement system. The data that have been obtained are placed in relevant forms. We used quantitative approach as the main resarch method. Other methods like observing and describing were used to elaborate the tests' results. To complete the task we have used opinion poll. All the results were interpreted by means of comparison in Microsoft Office Word. The aim of the work is to contribute to the discussion about problems of posture in artistic gymnastics in the age group that has been mentioned above. Constitutional development in England in the 17th century

Constitutional development in England in the 17th century summary This thesis deals with an important period in English constitutional history. It focuses on the position of English kings and their dispute with English parliament over decisive power in the state. It attempts to describe the main changes in position of the English king and considers significance of the 17th century especially for the later development of parliamentary form of English government. The thesis is divided into four main chapters. First chapter describes the system of English law including common law, case law or law of equity and important royal prerogatives of the king for example the right to summon or dissolve parliament, to appoint judges of common law courts and royal councillors and also events of previous century, specially establishing the Church of England when house of Tudor ruled in England. Furthermore it briefly follows the historical development of parliament and its powers. Next chapters are divided according to the traditional periods of the century to years 1600-1640, 1640-1660 and 1660-1700. Individual subchapters concentrate on reign of each Stuart king. Transformation of Second Homes in The Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area

The main content of this Thesis is the second home as a part of tourism and recreation - very popular form for leisure time. The aim of the Diploma Thesis is to monitor changes in the second home in a protected landscape area Kokořínsko. The comparison of the second home in Sudetenland and in the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia is emphasised. Although this district did not belong to the important areas of the second home from the very beginning, after the Second World War Kokořínsko became more developed, mainly in the terms of cottage building. The Thesis is divided into several parts. Individual parts are important for understanding the second home in this district. The Thesis deals with a brief history of the second home in Kokořínsko and characterises the Sudetenland with the whole area from the point of view of development and localization. Concerning research methods, the Thesis uses mainly a field research method, a questionnaire survey and a statistic data research.
