The object of this master´s thesis is to analyse economic situation in the company Lékárna s. r. o. by used methods. The external and internal structure is gradually analyzed. Furter, Kralick´s Quick Test is performed. The result of the thesis is the identification of suggestions and recommendations for improvement of the state.

Title of diploma thesis: Pharmacy in the region of Usti and its changes in the time Background: Objective of this diploma thesis is taking down outlines of the historical development of pharmacy in the town of Ústí nad Labem from the beginning up to now. The development of pharmacy is following in context of historical development of the town and surrounding region. At the same time there is a connection between principal termini of health service and historical development of pharmacy. This thesis deals with chronological description of particular pharmacies in the town of Ústí nad Labem. The last part is concerned with changes of pharmaceutical service after 1989 up to this date. This thesis also deals with pharmaceutical and chemical industry, its development and changes in time. The aim of this thesis is to describe the application of family mediation during divorce and post-divorce proceedings. The first part analyzes the potential problems presented to the family as a result of divorce. Next the principles and processes of mediation are described. The aim of the research section is to map out the application of mediation in the Czech Republic - to what degree is this service utilized in individual regions and what is how well informed are the social workers of the mediation. The research method took the form of a questionnaire which was sent out to the social workers at the Department of Social Affairs and Child Protective Services. According to the survey.

Title: Individual ski lesson of preschool children Targets: The target of diploma work is on base of observation the interaction of ski instructor or parent and pupil to show, which kind of ski lesson is more appropriate for preschool age. Method of diploma work: In this work I used attended observation and controlled conversation. During attended observation I have taken notices progress of ski lesson to my beforehand prepared table with fixed criterions (age of child, sort of teacher, duration of teaching lesson, length of slope, kind of terrain, teaching methods, way of snowplough practice, correction of mistakes, communication during teaching lesson). I used controlled conversation after the end of lesson and the conversation was led with parent of child and instructor. Controlled conversation was composed from open questions. During conversation I used questions regarding experience or behaviour, knowledge and perception. Result: Establishing of the first contact of a teacher and a child was performed only during instructor lesson. The instructor had to get child to his side. Utilization of hiporehabilitation at psychology intervention with patients of mental hospital

This rigorous thesis deals with practical use of hiporehabilitation for psychological intervention with patients of a psychiatric hospital. The thesis summarises the principles of therapeutical use of horses, starting with basic principles and historical context of zootherapy, to more detailed hiporehabilitation. The thesis defines the term hiporehabilitation and gives an overview of areas, which fall under the term, and further defines the specific impacts of hiporehabilitation on therapeutical effectiveness on patients. The thesis deals more closely with basic objectives of psychotherapy within hiporehabilitation and in more details it illustrates areas of use of hiporehabilitation in psychology and psychiatry. It also gives an overview of mental disorders where hiporehabilitation is prescribed as one of the supportive therapeutical methods. The pivotal topic of the entire thesis is detailed elaboration on basic stimulation areas on which the psychological guidance of psychiatry patiens focuses. Psychosocial adaptation to paralysis after spinal cord impairment

Coping with life crisis situations and adapting to them is a topic of great human interest and importance. Sustaining a spinal cord injury with the consequent lifelong paralysis may be considered to be one of the most serious life events due to its devastating and wide-ranging impact on people's lives. Spinal cord injury is a traumatic injury, which typically occurs suddenly and without any warning. Its consequences present an enormous physical, social and psychological trauma which the individual has to confront and come to terms with. The changes caused are life-long and affect every aspect of a person's life. Paralysis leads to wheelchair dependence for mobility. In addition, the individual with a spinal cord impairment may become dependent on others for help and assistance in order to be able to carry out most of the tasks of daily living. All the losses and changes caused by the injury have profound effects on both the spinal cord injured person's social roles and those of their loved ones.
