The theme of my thesis is the evaluation employees in the selection organization. The aim of my work is presentment analysis and interpretation actual evaluation system situation and on the basis finding facts, practical experiences and theoretical knowledge gather from literature and from resources which deal with these problems and proposed a new system of evaluation the employees. This evaluation system will be instrumental to regular assessing of employees with respect to organization requirements, improvement employees achievement and their motivation and progress.
Flexible Forms of Employment and its Utilization in Practice

Annotation The theme of this thesis is flexible forms of employment and their use in practice. The aim is to describe different kinds of flexible forms of employment, their use and development in the Czech republic and their regulation in the legislation. The practical part is focused on women - it describes their position on the labour market and analyses ways and possibilities to use flexible forms of employment and other benefits to provide support for women on the labour market. Important part of the thesis is comparison of using flexible forms of empoyment in the Czech Republic and other European Union countries.
Evaluation of the Financial Situation in a selected Organization

The bachelor's thesis deals with theoretic description of financial analysis methods and their practical use. The aim of this thesis is evaluation of financial situation of the company Pekstra spol. s r.o. in years 2008-2012. Financial situation is evaluated using the elementary financial statements and using selected financial analysis methods -- horizontal and vertical analysis, funds analysis of funds and ratio analysis. The level of company financial health is found out using bankruptcy and credibility models.

This thesis analyzes the job satisfaction of employees RIMOWA CZ, spol. s r.o. . The aim is to determine the current state, which means how the employees are satisfied with the company, interpretation of the results and proposing measures to improve employee satisfaction in the company. The theoretical part includes basic definitions related to job satisfaction, as well as factors related to the job satisfaction. The practical part focuses on the situation in the selected company via questionnaire. Based on the findings are suggested measures to improve the job satisfaction of employees.

This work deals with employee's job satisfaction in organization Y. The aim of this work is to work out analysis of examined area or let's say to find out the current situation of the examined area, to detect weak points and to suggest further recommendations to improve the actual situation. In theoretical part of this work, we can find specification of all terms related to human resources management, work satisfaction and staff motivation. Further there are defined aspects influencing this satisfaction. Practical part is focused on analysis of particular company, where the questionnaire-investigation has been carried out, based on which the subsequent recommendations for improvement in job satisfaction are suggested.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze satisfaction of employees in a chosen organization and identify problematic areas which need to be improved according to the respondents. The thesis mainly analyse factors that influence job satisfaction. These factors are first described at the theoretical level. A questionnaire was created on that basis and the results of the survey at Fruko-Schulz Ltd were analyzed and hypotheses were confirmed or rejected.
