Art creation as an inevitable necessity

The diploma thesis deals with the question of understanding an individual's creative work as an existential inevitability. It asks questions about the definition of an unavoidable need and examines where such need to create comes from in case of the author of the work, as well as presenting examples of personalities from the world of visual arts and history. The work also investigates the question of the inevitability of creating in connection with teaching practice, based on personal experience, it asks whether art education can be based on a didactic project based on improvisation, on unexpected events and changes, and the need for children to be creative in their free time.

Evaluation of the Financial Situation of the Company and Proposals for its Improvement

The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company XY s.r.o. in the years 2015–2019. The theoretical part deals with selected methods and indicators of financial analysis. In the analytical part, individual indicators are calculated, described, and graphically represented and the results are compared with a competing company. The last part is focused on the overall evaluation of the financial analysis and presents proposals for improving the financial situation of the company.

The bachelor thesis deals with the course of the procurement process in a selected company. The company is primarily focused on the implementation of gas pipelines and pipelines’ products in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company provided me with a range of information and documentation to help me analyze the procurement process. On the basis of an evaluation of the analysis, I have drafted a proposal that should lead to an improvement in the procurement process.

The first part of work is contains basic information about the company O.K. BAG s.r.o.. In the second part the obtained results are evaluated and compared with the data of the firm. Based on these results it is possible to propose an enhancement of the current state of the firm

The financial plan evaluates the economic success of the proposed business. Subsequently, the results of the work are useful as a basis for the company executives as well as for product and service creators.

These proposals should decrease a fluctuation of employees, raise motivation of employees and influence working atmosphere positively. Final diploma thesis will be given to researched company.

This bachelor thesis deals with the process management of the contract in selected company, which focuses on reconstruction and building houses. The first chapter contains basic information about the company. The following chapter describes theoretical starting points, including related concepts. On the basis of the analysis, shortcomings of the order management system are identified and interpreted and, subsequently, a solution is proposed to eliminate them.
