This diploma’s thesis discourses classification of the company financial status. There are used several methods of financial analysis to classify the status. Thesis is divided into three general parts. In the first part there are discussed theoretical starting-points needed for better understanding and elaborating of financial analysis. Second part contains financial analysis of chosen company during years 2005 to 2009. In the last part of the thesis there are said suggestions how to solve problematic areas in company financial status.

Bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of selected company Kronospan CR, spol. s r.o. for period 2015 to 2019 using the methods of financial analysis. Status is assessed on the basis of financial analysis methods, which are described in the theoretical section and then used in practical part. According to the result of selected methods will be this information used to propose improvements to the financial situation of the company.

This bachelor´s thesis „Evaluation of the Financial Situation of a Company and Proposals for its Improvement“ examines the financial situation of XY, s.r.o. in years 2012-2016. The first part defines the goals and methods of bachelor thesis and the theoretical basis of financial analysis. The following is a practical part where the basic data about the company are presented and the analysis of the financial situation of the company is carried out. The last part presents their own proposals for the improvement of the problematic parts that have been identified in the practical part.

The main focus of this bachelor´s thesis is an application to improve the financial situation of the company Vydona s.r.o. on the basis of the financial analysis for the years 2009 - 2013. The first part of the bachelor´s thesis will focus on the theory and definition of terms, next explained what it is a financial analysis and what it contains. The practical part will be performed financial analysis according to the theory and provided statements, and described the factors that influenced the company over the years. The last section focuses on findings from the statements of the financial analysis of the company and proposals to improve the situation.

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on evaluation of financial situation of company and suggestions for improvement for this situation in HEDVA, a.s. in years 2013 to 2017. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical solution, which are further used in the practical part of this thesis. The second part contains information about the company and the third part contains financial analysis its present state. In the fourth chapter are suggestions for improving financial health of the company in the coming years.
