Theoretical part describes techear as a personality, his professional skills and teaching styles (approaches to students). Empirical part describes process and conclusions of research, in which students of forth and fifth grade of primary education czech system describe their ideal teacher. Communication between a teacher and an assistent at a kindergarden and at a primary school

The aim of this thesis is to analyse the conditions of communication between a teacher and a teaching assistant in kindergartens and primary schools. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first chapter of theoretical part, I define important terms related to inclusive education. Second chapter describes the position of teaching assistants and the contents of their work. The last chapter of the theoretical part is dedicated to pedagogical communication and cooperation between teachers and teaching assistants. The practical part inquires into the cooperation and communication between the teacher and teaching assistant using the method of in-depth interviews with teaching assistants and teachers and observing their interaction in kindergarten and primary school classes. Readiness of teachers for inclusive education - access to pupils with dysortohraphy

The diploma thesis deals with the readiness of teachers for inclusive education at primary schools and mainly focuses on the issues of approaching pupils with dysortography. The theoretical part summarizes the results of research focused on teachers' attitudes to inclusion, their needs in this area and perception of readiness to work in a heterogeneous class. Furthermore, the thesis contains the importance of inclusion and its definition, various types of views on inclusion, levels of inclusive education and legislative measures. In the next part the thesis concentrates on the difference between social exclusion and inclusion, deals with the issues of the support of pupils with special educational needs and defines approaches of individual groups towards the educational process. It also focuses on inclusion in primary school and competences of the inclusive teacher and last but not least on different specifics of pupils with specific learning disabilities, namely pupils with dysortography. Development of Mlazice school in the historical context

This work focuses on the first comprehensive describing of the history of the school in Mlazice. Everything is set within the wider framework of the development of the village and its immediate surroundings. There are also circumstances that contributed to the establishment of this school. Some chapters summarize the history of Czech education and the historical development of Mlazic and its surroundings, with an emphasis on these circumstances. The school in Mlazice was founded in 1902. Most of the materials are taken from the fund of the district archive in Mělník. Based on the preserved school chronicles from 1902-1973, the development of a small village school is shown. The history of this also reflects the individual specifics of the historical periods that the school went through.At first, only men taught here, and gradually women were added. In the last year, which is carried out in chronicles, only women have taught here. I also tried to highlight more important celebrations and other events. Most of the children of the workers went to this school, so lectures and trips at the beginning were not much organized. Chronicles also contain what donations the school has supported. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of application of the model of cooperative teaching in the environment of small schools. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to point out the specifics of small schools in connection with the application of the principles of cooperative teaching. The theoretical part deals with the explanation of basic concepts related to small schools and points out the basic aspects related to the concept of small schools in the Czech Republic, describes the specific qualities of education in small schools while focusing on cooperative teaching and the specifics of cooperative teaching in small schools. Both available monographs and researches that have already been carried out in this area are used. The aim of the empirical part is to identify and describe the application of cooperative teaching in small-class primary schools in the Central Bohemian Region with the help of a questionnaire survey and a case study. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of beginning primary school form teachers and the introduction into their profession. The aim of the thesis is to analyse what professional competence a graduate in Primary School Teacher Training needs for the role of a form teacher in terms of theoretical justification and practical knowledge and skills. To discuss and argue for a concept of a form teacher work preparation in the pre-graduate preparation. It investigates the teacher personality and its changes within the historical context. It describes historical development of teachers education and the current situation in the Czech Republic. It deals with a professional standard model, represents professional competences of the primary school and teacher standards. The form teacher is viewed from different angles. It deals with his work content, activities he should do, duties and competences. It defines the term professional ethics and code of ethics for teachers. The Issue of Discipline with Focus on Primary Schools.

THE ABSTRACT This diploma thesis is taking a theoretical insight into a discipline based on philosophical, psychological, sociological and pedagogical point of view. A legal point of view is included as far as the school behavior code goes. The author is researching inner and outer factors which are having an impact on the discipline. Many aspects are taking a role in this including teacher's authority or the environmental condition of the whole class. The thesis is then searching an answers for such a questions as 'what would the most common discipline problem be" that we would be able to come into a contact with at our elementary schools. This mainly focuses on smaller elementary school children. Thesis describes many individual approaches and techniques frequently used to deal with specific discipline problematics or that could potentially be used to prevent faulty behavior. The author separates different approaches regarding small scale schools with just a few students in classes. This is supported by author's own experience gained in such a school. The thesis also gives an account of how the school cooperates with a family. The whole separate chapter belongs to acting classes and how it helps with learning when used properly.
