Design of junction point Jistebník

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design a rail connection between the corridor track Přerov – Ostrava and a high-speed track Přerov – Ostrava near the village Jistebník. The flyover interconnections are designed in all four directions for a maximum speed of 160 km / h. The proposal is divided into two basic variants – the minimization of land occupation and the minimization of engineering objects.

During the reconstruction, it is necessary to solve the railway crossings according to the valid regulations and to restore the drainage of the line. The aim of the thesis is to reconstruct the station Třebíč - Borovina. The thesis is also the implementation of work technology.
Design of reconstruction of the Horní Cerekev railway station

The subject of the diploma thesis is to design a redevelopment of railway station Horni Cerekev, in order to meet current traffic and legislation on access of persons with reduced mobility. Two platforms with the platform edge height of 550 mm above the top of the rail have been designed. The amount of five running tracks through the station remains unchanged. Furthermore, the railway superstructure, railway substructure and conceptual design of space in front of the station.

Evaluation of the Trial Section for Under Sleeper Pads

Under sleeper pads (USP) are elastic pads on underneath surface of the sleeper. Their main advantage is reducing of stress in track bed, slowing down a deterioration of track quality, life extension of railway track and reducing life cycle cost. There are three trial track sections in the Czech Republic in which are USP used. The influence of the USP is continuously monitored. The bachelor thesis is focused on the Ústí nad Orlicí trial track section. This thesis describes measurements of the track level by the precise levelling method and measurements of the stress in track bed carried out in the 2016 and 2017 and their evaluation and comparison with previous measurements in the 2015.
Continuous welded rail in tight curves

The diploma thesis deals with the curve radius influence on lateral stability of continuous welded rail. It is presented the overview of present state of knowledge in the field of stability of continuous welded rail. In practical part is created the model of a track section. The influence of some parameters on loss of stability of CWR was studied. The results it are compare with the analytic analysis.
Perpendicular crossings tram tracks with railway sidings

The diploma thesis deals with the perpendicular crossing of tram track with railway siding. The structure of crossing is described both in the Czech Republic and in the world. The aim of the thesis is to find the recommended design solution for the crossing of tram and railway tracks with regard to legislation and feasibility. After a comparison of the existing structures is chosen which satisfies the conditions of feasibility.
Dynamic analysis of track

The diploma thesis deals with descriptions of vehicle - track dynamic interface. There are described basic analytical models of railway track. The numerical models are created by using finite element methods with moving load simulated axle of rail vehicle. The aim of thesis is to create the model which most accurately describes the dynamic phenomena in the track. The results from models are compared with data obtained by measuring in the track. Next aim of thesis is to determine dependency of rail cross-sectional characteristics on equivalent rail head wear and then on rail deflection.
Design of Station Head of Maloměřice Railway Station

Target of this diploma thesis is to propose connection of receiving yard of classification yard railway station Maloměřice including essential joint crossover into the line tracks in front junction Hády and junction station Královo Pole and also propose connection of line tracks n. 1A and 2A in the front junction Židenice. Part of the thesis is renewal of stations substructure and technological workflow proposal.
