This Master´s thesis is devoted to the basic theory from semester project. There are describe completed practical tests, measurements and results. This project was written below patronage of company Siemens s.r.o. odštěpný závod Elektromotory Mohelnice, which is at the same time also my employer. There is production of asynchronous electromotors frame size 56 to 200. On the all of electromotors is desired quality surface treatment with difference on the base of request of customers.

Analysis of stochastic processes in electronic components

The Bachelor Thesis deals with the interference of electronic parts, using of non-destructive analysis for electronic interference in semi-conductive parts and measured samples. The thesis is divided into thematic areas: Interference types; Spectrum of random continuous signals, Spectrum calculation due to the method of periodogram and the method sub-banding coding and following FFT, Apparatus for interference measuring, Results of interference measuring. In the practical part 5 and 6, there are measuring results of chosen electronic parts, transport and interference characteristics and they are compared with theoretical presumptions.

Optimization procedure for the determination of usual prices of flats in development projects

The pricing of developer projects and housing is a broad area. Setting the right common price is important especially in case of court actions, execution proceedings, the privatising of housing, company mergers, capital investments in companies, estate settlements, liquidations etc. In all these cases substantial financial values are at stake and that is why it is necessary to have quality, correct factual grounds. The sole and at the same time most important basis is an expert opinion, which should guarantee an objective assessment of all circumstances that may influence the common pricing of property, in order to prevent any prejudice to the parties involved, or ensure there is no doubt in respect of possible graft. At present there is no methodology for common pricing of units (apartments and commercial premises) within a larger complex, which would take locality, placement, size, fittings, general state and other parameters that influence the price, into consideration. Yet it is common knowledge that the same unit will have a different price on the first floor, higher floors or top floor, window orientation and view, better surrounding area etc. It is also common that a larger unit with the same fittings and appurtenances will have a lower unit price than a smaller unit. The pricing in these cases is more intuitive, rather than based on analyses and reasoning. The dissertations´ aim was a methodology of pricing individual units in houses or larger complexes, which would simultaneously objectify subjective pricing, providing a rationale that would be unambiguous. This is important especially in case of court actions, execution proceedings or the privatising of housing, to preclude any bias or suspicion of corruption. The methodology also includes a software application that automatically computes input data and allows reviewing of results.

The Proposal for Cycling Paths in the Area of Benešov u Prahy

This work deals with the possibilities of cyclotourism in Benesov and its surroundings. The work contains characteristics of the region, the present traffic situation, the condition of the cycling routes, recently created new route and alphabetic index of tourist attractions and places of interest. The survey was cared on by the use method of a questionnaire and it's analysis. Technical parameters, a brief itinerary and a detailed synopsis are provided for each route. All routes are drawn in the map, elevation profile is provided.

Algorithms for solving two-stage stochastic programs

The thesis deals with the algorithms for two-stage stochastic programs. The first chapter considers the basic properties and theory. Specifically, we introduce the properites of the feasibility region and the objective function. Further, optimality conditions are discussed. In the second chapter we present algoritms which can be used to solve two-stage linear programs with fixed recourse. In the first section the basic L-shaped method is described in detail. The second section provides an explanation of the Stochastic Decomposition algorithm with the inclusion of a regularization term. The last chapter presents computational results. Three practical examples are provided both with a brief description of the problem and solutions by the studied algorithms.

Stochastic models in consumer theory

The goal of this bachelor's thesis is the stochastic extension of deterministic models with a special attention to finding the consumer's optimum. The first chapter is devoted to utility theory, defining basic notions and it also studies characteristics of utility functions and indifference curves. Futhermore, the consumer's optimum is described from the perspective of marginal utility. At the end of this chapter, optimization problems are provided, including their solutions, and finally we examine the effect of price changes of particular goods and income. This effect is described and solved via the substitution and income effect. The second chapter shows the stochastic extension of the above mentioned models. Using the quantile function, we obtain the optimum in the case of random income and we use mean values for the case of random prices. Eventually, a considerable part of this work is devoted to scenario theory, which is also used in the final example.

Language Education at Higher Education Institutions in the Process of Internationalisation

The aim of the thesis is to compare the state of reforms of the Bologna process in the Czech Republic and in Germany, and their applications in the study plans in the specialised language education in both countries. The research theme is addressed in a correlation with the situation at higher education institutions in Germany. It is so also due to the fact that at the beginning of the reforms, the German tertiary education institutions faced the same changes as the Czech ones tackle now. The first part of the thesis focuses on the general analysis of the state of the reforms in the Czech Republic and in Germany; in the second part attention is given to the state of teaching of the specialised language at higher education institutions of a non-philological orientation.
