Judiciary in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomou Region in the Xi Jinping era since 2012

This bachelor's thesis examines judiciary in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China since 2012, under the rule of Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China. According to the available information, during the period of Xi Jinping a significant number of Uyghurs and other Muslims living in Xinjiang were sentenced to long-term imprisonments, often in violation of the PRC legislation. The aim of this thesis is to describe the phenomenon of mass imprisonment based on available court documents, which will be examined and compared with the current legislation and the overall context of nationality policy in Xinjiang during the Xi Jinping period. Attention will also be paid to the Chinese legal system, its functioning, the problem of legality, the laws applied in XUAR and in the autonomous regions in general. Gender on the playground

Gender in the playground: Ethnographic research This hesis analyses the (re)production of gender stereotypes in the playground. The theoretical framework of the analysis is based on the classical approaches (Renzetti and Curran 2005 Jarkovská 2004) , gender socialization (Giddens 1999, Gilligan 2001 and Bem 2003) and is also inspired by current research on playgrounds (Paetcher, Clark 2003 Millan 2012). The research was conducted at a playground located in Beroun throughout years 2013 and 2014 as a non-participating observation of the visitors of the playground. The work presents a comprehensive view of gender and gender stereotypes reproduced at the playground in two areas: 1) the area of gender stereotypes in the playground reproduced by children and 2) the area of gender stereotypes which adult accompaniment brings to the field. Analysis shows the way in which these categories are (re)constructed and played out in everyday life and how they affect the subculture of the playground. The analysis is mainly based on the surprising finding that the children at the playground were accompanied by almost the same number of men as women. The visible and the invisible in the work of José Ángel Valente

This thesis follows a topic of visible and invisible in the poetry and the essays of the Spanish writer active in the second half of the 20th century, José Ángel Valente. It situates the author in his historical and literary context and presents the evolution of his work. After that, it focuses on three of Valente's sources of inspiration and it outlines the conception of speech and artwork in Heidegger, the approach to space of sculptor Eduardo Chillida and the work with matter of painter Antoni Tàpies. The visible and the invisible are indirectly observed in Valente by means of more or less concrete representation and relationship to the reality, in visual characteristics, such as light and darkness, colours and shapes, and in the problematics of the sight. The visibility, the invisibility and the transparency directly manifest themselves in Valente's conception of matter and form and the word's manifestation and they also appear as motifs in his texts.

Zpracování vědeckého expertního řešení‚ jehož obsahem bude kvantifikace hodnot funkcí lesů a funkční újmy‚ ke které došlo na lesních ekosystémech Tatranského národního parku v SR v důsledku velkoplošné větrné kalamity v listopadu 2004

Jde o formu pomoci České republiky k odstranění následků živelní pohromy, která postihla lesní oblasti TANAPu. Ústav tvorby a ochrany krajiny Lesnické a dřevařské fakulty Mendelovy zemědělské a lesnické univerzity v Brně vypracoval metodu kvantifikace a kvantitativního hodnocení funkcí lesů (Vyskot, I. a kol., 1996 - 2003), s aplikací na hodnocení škod na životním prostředí způsobené újmou na celospolečenských funkcích lesa. Předkládaná zpráva vyhodnocuje škody na životním prostředí vyjádřené újmou celospolečenských funkcích lesů, aplikací výše uvedené metody modifikované na lesní poměry Slovenské republiky. Dílo je vypracováno na základě dohody ministerstev životního prostředí České a Slovenské republiky kolektivem pracovníků Ústavu tvorby a ochrany krajiny Lesnické a dřevařské fakulty Mendelovy zemědělské a lesnické univerzity v Brně.

Posouzení míry antropogenního narušení vodního režimu lesních ekosystémů a jeho důsledků na změnu funkčních schopností lesů‚ návrh revitalizačního managementu (řešení pro modelové povodí)

Ve druhém roce řešení byla upřesněna a vymezena dvě zájmová povodí v oblasti LS Stožec, povodí potoka Hučinky a povodí Lesního potoka. Byl proveden terénní průzkum a získány detailní podklady, které budou využity pro další zpracování. Oblast byla zkoumána z hlediska zpřístupnění lesa (lesní cestní síť), provedena byla základní analýza podkladů LHP pro hodnocení funkcí lesa metodou Kvantifikace a Kvantitativní hodnocení celospolečenských funkcí lesa.

Výsledky průzkumu antropogenního narušení vodního režimu v povodích toků Hučinka a Lesní potok. Výsledky řešení vlivu lesní dopravní sítě na poškození lesních ekosystémů a antropogenního narušení v transportním segmentu lesní správy Stožec. Bylo provedeno hodnocení celospolečenských funkcí lesa.
