Strategic planning in sport federation - Czech Pole and Art Sports federation

Title: Strategic planning in sport federation - Czech Pole & Art Sports federation Objectives: The main goal of this diploma thesis is to make a strategic plan for the Czech pole and art sports association by using each step of strategic planning and necessary analysis. The case study of the association should show up an unutilized potential, which could be very profitable. This would be useful for the position of the Czech pole and arts sports federation within this new sports discipline. Methods: I used a mixed research, which contains quantitative and also qualitative research, concretely a written questionnaire, an interview, an analysis of documents and a SWOT analysis. Results: Results of the analysis were the main part for the making of the strategic plan. The goals and the tasks which needs to be done are divided and shown by the time schedule of its realization in the tables. The program To Respect And To Be Respected in a critical reflection

In the theoretical part of the thesis there are presented different models of education with the focus on the position of a child as subject / object of education (authoritative education, democratic, liberal) and the importance of authority in education. In the next part of the text there are the concepts, arguments and individual educational strategies of the program Respect and be respected explained in detaile. The research part of the thesis is focused on mapping the experience of parents and teachers (N = 10) who have passed a training course. The key research question is: How can graduates use R + R recommendations in every day practice (family or school), and how can they prove real educational effects? Comparison of media interest in czechoslovakia/czech athletes at the summer olympic games in Ciudad de México in 1968 and London in 2012

The main goal of this bachelor thesis, "Comparison of media interest in Czechoslovakia/Czech athletes at summer Olympic Games in Ciudad de Mexico in 1968 and London in 2012", is to compare the media interest in Czechoslovakia and Czech athletes in Československý sport, Sport, Mladá fronta, Mladá fronta Dnes, Rudé právo a Právo newspapers, during two summer Olympic Games concretely the one in Ciudad de México (1968) and in London (2012). The quantitative content analysis was used to find out how much of the space was given to our athletes in each kind of newspapers. I made the comparison of those two years and also the comparison of every each newspapers. Results of the analysis shows the differences and progress in the sports journalism.

Customer satisfaction with services of Domyno sport-relax center

Title: Customer satisfaction with services of Domyno sport-relax center Objectives: The goal of this bachelor thesis is to find out how much the customers are satisfied with the current services, which are offered by Domyno sport-relax center, to do a marketing research with using a questionnaire and then to use the results of the research to make a suggestions for changes, which would improve the quality of their services to satisfy their customers' needs. Methods: There was used a quantitative research to collect the data, concretely interviewing, which was focused on the customer satisfaction with the offered services. The collecting of data was held in Domyno center for 3 days. Results: Results of the questionnaire are interpreted and displayed in the tables and graphs in the results' section of this bachelor thesis. The customer biggest satisfaction is with the beach volleyball and the aerobic exercise H.E.A.T. The best under reviewed supplement service is the reservation system. At the end of this bachelor thesis I used the interview results to suggest some changes, which would improve the service quality in Domyno sport-relax center. This work discusses about issues of investment decision, which is crucial for every business. The aim of this thesis was to evaluate the effectiveness of selected investment project. To assess the potential of this investment, was necessary to assess the current status, whether the enterprise has enough resources to finance this intensive investment. Whether the project is not associated with an increase in the financial risk of the company. Then were identified revenues and expeditures of the project.It was finally in the evaluation of the effectiveness of investments carried out an analysis of the risk of the project.

Rational Nutrition in Generation 50 plus

The title of this oliploma work signifies that it treats the nutrition issue of people falling unaler generation 50 plus. The topic was focused on the eating habits and drinking reginen with people at the range from 50 to 65 years of onge. The research tends to generation 50 plus acceptance and willingness to adapt to the diet arrangements. The question of health education and the attitude to the rational nutrition in this generation has also been mentioned. We should pay more attention to these points of issue because nutrition generally has a great number of impacts on the agring process of organism and therefore on the quality of people´s old age, too. This work tends to find out how generation 50 plus has faced up to taking meals according to the rules of the rational nutrition.

Cílem je shrnutí nových trendů v oblasti managementu spojených se začátkem 21. století a popis nových typů organizací vznikajících v důsledku globalizace podnikatelského prostředí. 21. století přináší změny v organizační struktuře, změny pracovní náplně manažerů, změny strategie a nové trendy, jako například větší důraz na sociální odpovědnost firem či etické hodnoty. Tyto nové trendy jsou doloženy příklady firem z praxe.
