Cyberbullying and its correlation with gender

This thesis deals with the issue of cyberbullying and it examines the differences in its perception depending on gender. In the beginning the thesis describes transformation of communication based upon time and technologies used to communicate. It is followed by the comparison of cyberbullying and bullying where similarities and differences are shown. After this theoretical part comes the practical part of the thesis which is started by the justification of the chosen research method - qualitative research, individual interviews with grammar school children in the age 10 to 15 years. The following part describes the construction of the research - creating the scenario of the interviews followed by the description of the interviews which were afterward transcribed and analyzed. The interviews were analyzed by open coding and showed that there are differences regarding cyberbullying and gender but they also showed that there are similarities in the usage of communication media. The results proved that in the selected sample of children girls are more likely to take part in cyberbullying than in bullying. Specifics of Marketing Communication in the West Bohemian Spa Triangle in 2010

Bachelors thesis "Specifics of marketing communication of the West Bohemian Spa Triangle in 2010" deals with mapping communication activities of each town which is part of the West Bohemian Spa Triangle (Carlsbad, Marienbad, Franzenbad) to determine if in case of listing these three towns together on the list of the UNESCO World Heritage their communication could stay the same or not. This thesis is a comparative study which is divided into a theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical introduction deals with spa, specific features and descriptions of the given three spa towns. The theoretical part also contains theory of marketing and marketing communication. The practical part compares and describes communication activities of each town in 2010 and also compares opinions of three representatives of the towns who took part in a qualitative survey for purposes of this thesis. This works objective is to compare and assess existing communication of the towns and together with the results of the survey to create a vision of communication of the West Bohemian Spa Triangle as if it becomes an official tourist destination.

The purchase agreement for the transfer of real property

Bachelor thesis The purchase agreement for the transfer of real property is focused on the examination of the error rate for input of property right submitted as a subject to purchase agreement. The theoretical part of bachelor thesis explains major legal regulations, on which the issue of purchase agreement and deposit management is based on. The emphasis is put on changes in legislation, which are reflected in the Civil Code and Cadastral Law. The practical part of thesis deals with the investigation of defects in the purchase agreements and in the propositions for input property right, which led to pausing or even stopping the input management in Cadastral Office for Central Bohemian Region, Cadastral Department Benešov. Data for own analysis and all statistics used in the thesis were obtained for the period 2008 to 2015. The reason for investigation of deposit management during longer time period is subsequent eventuality for the comparison of antecedent and present legislation. In the end of the bachelor thesis, there are summarized results of own investigation and also the benefits of present legislation evaluated, which is reflected in number of accepted propositions for input in the real property as well as in error rate in purchase agreements and propositions.

European Arrest Warrant – Comparison of the Extradition and the European Arrest Warrant

The Framework decision on the European Arrest Warrant and the surrender procedures between Member States (2002/584/SVV) adopted by the Council of the European Union on 13th June 2002 established the institute of the European Arrest Warrant between Member States which completely replaced existing extradition procedures between the Member States of the European Union. The implementation of the European Arrest Warrant was caused both by increasing cross-border criminality and terrorist attacks on September 11th 2001 in the USA. The aim of its implementation was to increase the efficiency of the existing extradition procedures between EU Member States. The Bachelor thesis titled: "European Arrest Warrant -- Comparison of the Extradition and the European Arrest Warrant" pursues a comparison of the European Arrest Warrant and classic extraditon procedures on the ground of comparing principles of both institutes. It emphasizes an important principle during the implementation of the European Arrest Warrant which is the principle of mutual recognition of judicial decisions. Furthermore, this thesis analyses benefits and shortcomings of the European Arrest Warrant. The shortcomings appear primarily in the practical implementation of the European Arrest Warrant, but its benefit is considerably bigger, so rightfully it is a breakthrough legal norm.
