Innovative Schools and Their Networks in Post-Socialist Context: The Case Study of Gymnázium Přírodní Škola

In recent years, there has been a great expansion of school networking in foreign education systems, but this approach appears less often in the Czech environment. This dissertation presents a case study that analyses the interaction of schools cooperating with the Gymnasium Přírodní škola through the concept of networking. The main sources of data are interviews with actors, school documents and field notes of the researcher. The study describes the mutual influence and sharing of elements of the innovative model between the schools involved in this network. Special attention is paid to the factors that facilitate or hinder effective networking and innovation sharing, as well as the role of principals, teachers and student involvement as active agents of change. The work thus connects previous research knowledge with the unique Czech context, which enriches the professional literature on networking of educational institutions. The results offer insight into the dynamics and challenges associated with creating effective educational networks and bring support for innovation in education through networking. Hrusovany n/J - Znojmo Track Modernization Study

The theme of the Bachelor thesis is modernization of railway line Hruš - Znojmo. The project includes assessment of possibility of increasing the critical running speed up to 200 km/h and its implementation on current track structure. Current track geometry, including its vertical and horizontal alignement, has been modified and the implementation of the line speed verified according to valid standards and regulations base on ČSN 73 6360-1.

Design of production technology for a component of a rotary shape

For the design of the interlocking shaft production technology, this component was first described and after defining the limiting conditions of production, three variants of its implementation were selected. The technologies used were characterized and subsequently the most economically efficient variant was chosen, which also met the specified criteria. A production process with a tool sheet was compiled for this variant. Furthermore, the NC code was created in the control system of the production machine, followed by its verification during the simulations. Two prototypes were made. The first of them was used to optimize the design of production technology, the second was produced after simulations to verify the correctness of the proposed solution. This was followed by a technical and economic evaluation, used to predict the production costs of the entire production volume and compare them with the estimate.

Valuation of the Firm by Using Income Capitalization Approach

This master thesis deals with the estimation of the value of company XY s. r. o. The income capitalisation approach of discounted cash flow and conomic value added were used for the estimation of the value of the company. There are stated theoretical assumptions and the process of estimation of the value of company in the introduction of the work. The practical part consists of strategic, financial analysis, analysis and prognosis of value generators and the compilation of the financial plan. At the end of the work the particular valuation methods are applied and in the conclusion there is reported the statement of value of the company at 31.12.2018.

Manufacture of a fork for automatic tool changing of CNC machines

This bachelor's thesis deals with the manufacturing of tool change forks from the tool magazine of Mikron 1150U. By this method several pieces would be produced for Chotěbořské strojírny a.s. due to save money. At first fork would be introduced and economic point of view, then this thesis would be focus to production of a 3D model,compilation of a technological procedure and manufacturing trial piece. Manufactruing is made by 3-axis machining centre Mikron VCP800. In the end the trial part would be checked and evaluated.

Testing and Analysis of a Broaching Machine

This master's thesis deals with the broaching technology. Theoretical part includes the essay about the technology, tools and machines used for broaching. Theoretical part also describes the analysis of the broaching machine testing. Practical part is focused on the collecting, comparing and analysis of the data. These data have been collected during and after the broaching process. The supplier of the new analysed broaching machine is Stenhoj Hydraulik and the older machine has been made by Arpini. The measurements show that the increased number of broached pieces influence the cutting force and the quality of the surface due to wear of the tool which has been also monitored. The measuring dimension through the ball is almost constant. In the conclusion we evaluated the economical aspect of the results.

Using Head-mounted displays in industrial applications

The aim of the Bachelor´s Thesis is study of the current state of Head-mounted displays in industrial applications. The work is of reasearch character and contains basic informations about problematics of virtual and augmented reality in industry. It also deals with technologies and individual types of glasses for virtual reality and also uses VR in other fields. This is followed by an evaluation of the issue and an indication of where it could develop in coming years.
