The project deals with the design of the wine gallery and community center in smaller wine-growing village Strachotín, which is situated in the beautiful landscape under the hills, called "Pálavské vrchy", and also is on the edge of the magnificent waterwork - "Novomlýnské nádrže". The construction of the wine gallery and the community center is designed in the historical structure of the village, near the gothic church. The project follows up the analytical part, which dealt with the vision for the future development of the village Strachotín. The vision, which after thorough examination of the village included seventeen interventions of small or larger urban character, which would be beneficial for the development of the village and surroundings.

Forms of Harmonization of Private and Work Live of the Sandwich Generation for Managers

The thesis deals with the modern phenomenon of the sandwich generation focusing on managers. First part focuses on knowledge related to demographic pressures. It also defines the role of children and senior carers in the context of social policy in the Czech Republic. Based on the initial findings of role conflict of carers and staff my research was realized and it deals with the identification of impacts of experienced situation on the individual, who simultaneously finds himself in the role of a manager and children or senior carer, in his personal and professional life. The participants of the qualitative research underwent semi- structured interviews in which thematic areas related to the causes and circumstances of their role as caregivers and chief executive were included. Data analysis showed the impacts of factors influencing harmonization on personal and professional lifes of executives in the sandwich generation. The Problem of inadequate social adaptation of the individual in the working group

This bachelor's thesis deals with social adaptation that takes place in the process during which there is integration of new employees joining the organization. Attention is paid to the concept of adaptation in the context of coping with socialization and stress. It is defined adaptation of workers and its area - working adaptation and social adaptation. Particular attention is paid to the social adaptation to the working group, the process is elaborated in individual stages. Possible causes that led to the lack of social adaptation are initially processed from a theoretical point of view and consequently the process of social adaptation to the working group analyzed the empirical investigation.
