The partial model of sewage treatment plant

The thesis deals with wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs). For the energetic self-sufficiency of the WWTP, it is necessary to study the operational background, equipment and their possible operational prediction for energy distribution over time and adaptation to any renewable energy (RES). It is also possible to optimize the operation to maximize the equalization of the input power. We're talking about small WWTPs up to 500 EP. Large purification blocks are also an option. The student will evaluate the current state of knowledge and try to design and possibly implement the financial savings of the given concept.

The focus of this master thesis is the marketing communication mix for an enterpreneur, who runs a grocery store business. On the basis of the theoretical knowledge, the analyzis of the current state of marketing comunnication was conducted. Following this analyzis, suggestions have been made on how to improve the existing communication mix for the grocery store, which will increase business awareness, attract new customers and lead to increased sales.

This master's thesis summarizes the theoretical knowledge about employees motivation and explains the basic terms connected with this issue. It describes the current trends of employees' requests in the field of motivation system and analyzes the current state of the selected company using a questionnaire survey. On the basis of the identified shortcomings changes are proposed in the incentive system, which should lead to better recruitment and retention of existing employees.

Security system with mobile comunication

The main aim of this work is to create such an electronical alarm system, which could be used at permanently or temporary inhabited areas or in cars. The advantage of this system is the possibility of the silent alarm, which is carried out by SMS. These messages are sent by to the owner or to the security company by GSM service. The first part of the project tries to solve the problem of guarded areas. It is necessary to deal with this problem, so that the system itself could work correctly. The second part describes the SMS contents and the way of communication between the microprocessor ATmega16 and the mobile phone Siemens C35 by AT commands. Up-to-date price comparison of these services, which are offered by mobile provider, are included in this part. The focus of the third part is hardware realisation of electronical alarm system. This part sloves connecting of battery backup, battery recharging in the mobile phone and analyses single sensors as well. In the last part the suitable algorithm with the help of a higher level programming language C is used for the microprocessor system.

The thesis should serve as a basis for strengthening the marketing mix Molpir, which became the European representative of MSI corporations and acts as an innovator, integrator and distributor of multimedia systems for buses, trains, ships and other mobile vehicles. The company proposes to improve the product, focusing on the user. I hope that my ideas and insights will help the company in its subsequent success in the market and increase the marketability of multimedia devices in the European market.

English summary rigorous thesis - Vacant share In this rigorous thesis named The Vacant Share I engage in analysis of the legal nature of the term vacant share in a private limited company and in analysis of legal relations pertaining to the release of a business share, especially of the use of a vacant share and property settlement with a former shareholder. The starting point for my conclusions is my emphasis on the content of the term share in a private limited company, thus emphasis on shareholder's participation in a company, which is represented by the share, while I infer the legal nature of a vacant share from the fact, that the release of a business share occurs as a result of termination of shareholder's participation in the company without anyone else getting into the position of the former shareholder. Although my conclusions gave rise to doubts whether a vacant share is a thing in legal sense, I finally came to the conclusion that a vacant share is an intangible movable thing which is not owned by anyone, even though it does not show legal features of a thing in legal sense. After all, a vacant share is a thing because the law stipulates so.
